The bathroom had a nice rain shower. Bed was comfortable. Host was attentive to our needs for example when we asked for a kettle and some cups so we could make hot drinks (although we were given a coffee in the mornings) Breakfast was included for which we were grateful, although a little more variety would have been better. It was though, excellent value for money so it is understandable that there were financial limitations around this.

There was nowhere to hang wet towels after showering. I think also some basic cutlery, bowls would be helpful. We went at the end of March and it was very cold at night, a duvet would have been helpful so that you don't have to use up energy putting the heating on.

Our host was absolutely amazing, if there were any problems (which was nothing major) she sorted straight away. She left me a bottle of wine for my birthday. Gave us extra teas at breakfast. Was friendly and knowledgeable and told us where to go for the best food. Breakfast was very generous. Amazing value for money. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Fira, but still just a walk away. Comfy bed. Sexy shower. Lovely little apartment, perfect for 2 people.

The bathroom floor and bath mat got very wet because of the style of the shower but this wasn't a major issue. A few cleaning issues when we first arrived but these were soon sorted.

Beautiful place, very welcoming and efficient staff, amazing view of the sea, very quiet location while being close to the city, good breakfast, comfortable bed, parking to park our rental car, private area, we loved our stay!

Nothing much to say, everytime we had an issue/or needed something, the staff was there for us to help us quickly and nicely so thanks a lot!

We loved our entire 10 day stay here. Great location (quiet and out of the way of the main tourist spots but could walk into the ‘city’ centre within about 15 minutes). Perfect for us who like the peacefulness but also enjoy staying active on holiday. The breakfast was also great, basic but did the job and meant we didn’t have to walk into town or buy any food or coffee before lunch. The walk may be a little more challenging if you’re not used to walking much (uphill in areas and gets very warm during the hottest parts of the day), but we did a lot of research and read the reviews before booking so we were fully aware of what to expect. As a young couple we didn’t have to get any taxis/transport back to the room for the entire trip (though we didn’t ever come back super late at night when it was much darker).

The rooms could be slightly cleaner - maybe just a paint needed. It wasn’t unclean but more looking a little bit tired in places.

I stayed here on a couple of the coldest days of the year so I was glad of the heating and extra blanket. Free internet. This was within walking distance from the centre of Fira and the bus station. Breakfast delivered to your room also nice, staff friendly and helpful. Good communication throughout via messaging text and requests granted. Would revisit and recommend.

Would of liked proper sized cups in room with tea, coffee available, also a couple of glasses would of been helpful. Also I wasn't advised to let them know when I wanted breakfast delivered.

Very good location , 10' minutes from fira with a vehicle, new & modern hotel & room, pool, nice breakfast and very big and comfy room. Also nice host since he served us with a later check out that we asked. Big and Island- style bathroom with towels etc.

The bathroom was clean,but for those that pay attention to details, there was much dust on the furniture and the floor needed to be vacuumed and swiped.

It was really quiet and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms were huge and it backed right onto the pool. The staff were also really receptive and easy to deal with. We would 100% go back and recommend to friends, we loved our stay here.

It is about a 20 minute walk to town and there are a few hills. So if you don’t like walking maybe not for you. But we found this nice as the place was very quiet and we didn’t mind the walk.

It is a beautiful place about 25 minute walk from the centre of Fira. There is a bus route from the ferry port to Karterados, then another 10 minute walk is required to get to the property (and of course it's accessible by car). The hotel consists of multiple rooms with bathrooms that have private terraces to enjoy. Because we visited at winter time, the jacuzzi wasn't functioning, but as we stayed only for a night it wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was well equipped and comfortable to use. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly.

There was a kettle in the room, but there were no supplies for making coffee - there were just a couple of very small cups and a few teabags available with no spoons. There was a fridge in the room which was quite loud straight next to the bed, it didn't really bother us, but something to consider when planning your visit.
