Good location.

Second floor no elevator. No direct access from lobby.

The location was in a good neighborhood.

The fan in the bathroom was so loud we thought it was falling apart and the water in the tub was backward, but we figured it out pretty easy. Getting into and out of the facility just required some planning because of medians and one-ways, but that’s not this hotel’s fault. For over $200 a night, I would expect an indoor pool that could be used year-round, and completely working facilities.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had never cooked waffles, but a fellow guest in line ahead of me explained a bit on how to use the waffle iron. After he finished his waffles, I attempted to make waffles. I managed to miss a cooking step causing the waffle iron to beep. As soon as the machine beebed out my mistake, a very helpful staff member appeared at my side and explained the step I had missed and asked if I needed further assistance. I declined further assistance and finished cooking my waffles.

The mattress was way too firm.

Good location. Super friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Comfy bed and room. Clean. Good breakfast with lots of selection. We had a balcony room which was lovely to sit out on in the evening.

Long walk up the stairs to second floor with our luggage. No elevator. It was difficult as I have mobility issues. Should have requested a 1st floor room… my fault. I will remember next time.

The place was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

The breakfast was pretty meager. The kleenex box was missing from the bathroom.

This motel is very very nice. It was close to really good restaurants and the places we wanted to explore. The free breakfast choices were many. The staff were all very nice. I highly recommend it.

Everything but no heated pool or elevator

No elevator, and we were not aware of that at time of booking. We had two heavy suitcases. We had to bring up two flights of stairs, because there was nothing available on ground level.

It is a smaller property than other Hotels we’ve stayed in and due to location it was quiet. It was very clean and had a decent breakfast.

Our room had a smell to it, not a bad one just noticeable when we first walked in. Could have been from a cleaning product.

The room was very clean. The staff were outstanding in friendliness and ability to answer our questions, and made sure we had adequate toiletries during our stay. The location was great for our stay.

The breakfasts were okay, pretty standard wherever you go.

Location was perfect! Breakfast was good.

The chaperones of the visiting swim team did not quiet the kids. We could hear everything they said. The walls are thin enough that one can hear the ice maker drop cubes.
