The pool wasn’t work at the time of my staying

It’s very clean. Rooms were immaculate, smell fresh.

There is only one thing that concerns me and I am a property manager. The door, to the back parking lot, push bar is taped open. That is a security issue. This means ANYONE could enter hotel and go up to the rooms unbeknownst to front desk. The outdoor swipe card function is disabled for the purpose of the taped push bar.

The only think I didn't like was the parking lot,it is too small!!

It was very clean and the staff was very courteous and eager to please. Most of all it was quiet and was able to have a goods nights rest. Our room had all the amenities of home necessary to make you feel home away from home.

Every time my husband and I come down to Laredo to see my family- we try and stay here. The staff is always on point, the facility is clean and it’s pretty quite. At least when we’ve stayed here. is there a rewards program?

They had a great breakfast, lots of variety not just the ol continental one. Staff was exceptionally friendly as well. Room was large and very comfortable

The hot tub wasn't any warmer than the pool and the jets didn't work at all

The location is what brings me here. It is near commercial and industrial areas of Laredo. Clean, easy to get to. It's a good place for a business trip.

Breakfast was okay even though we got same egg pattie for the 2 mornings we stayed.

It was a little pricy.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had lots of good chouces. The room was large.

The only thing bad is that the carpets are all stained.
