We had a wonderful stay at Ambience Studios in Kalymnos! The location is absolutely fantastic, with stunning views directly across from Telendos, truly breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, recently renovated, and very comfortable, including the bathroom. Although Kalymnos is known to face water shortages, we never had any issues , in fact, the water pressure was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, even though it wasn’t included in the room rate, and definitely worth it. Overall, the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with a view!

A couple of things to note: during our stay, there was a faint smell of sewage around the premises. We were informed there was a temporary issue with the sewage treatment system, but we don’t know if this is an ongoing problem. Additionally, our room was accessed by a lot of stairs, which made carrying luggage a bit of a hassle. Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy bags.

Ambiance was in a great location with some stunning views! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops! The beach was also walking distance! Staff were great and helpful! The hotel isn’t a 5 star, and it is a little run down, but it has all the facilities we needed for our stay and I would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t advised they don’t clean the rooms on Sunday’s, I understand some properties do this, however we weren’t advised! My concern was our toilet bin wasn’t changed for 2 days due to this! There should be a cleaner that changes these bins only on a Sunday!

Location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The receptionist lady was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, thanks to our cleaning lady, she was also really friendly and doing a great job. We had everything in the room, what we need. There were enough restaurants and small supermarkts near, which we had really good options for everday for dinner. Masouri Beach was also great. As a summary: I really loved this place and would visit again.

I booked a room with sea view for 4 adults, so that i get a big room, which was really important for me. But i didnt unfortunately get, what i booked (it was for 3). And the sea view was the reason, why i choosed this hotel. My view and my room was unfortunately not as on the pictures and dissapointed me a little. Second problem was the smell of the canalization system outside. I am not sure what it was, but you could smell it, when you open the window. It was unfortunately not good. But hotel can not do something for this, i think.

Between balconies it was relatively open and conversations could easily be overheard from neighbors especially when using their mobile phones ( this not the apartments fault just ignorant people talking very loudly and seem to have to have the phone on loudspeaker

Super friendly staff first of all. Great and clean facility with an amazing view. Beach in walking distance. Good food and drinks. We went to Kos after a week, but we hated it so much that the staff of Ambiance helped us within a heartbeat to come back the next day. This feels like home... we will come back for sure and really recommend people to go and get the same amazing experience.

Nothing it was perfect.

Everything! From the staff, to the view, to the food, we were blown away by the hospitality. We knew so well from our trip the year before as we had breakfast most days there. We knew we had to stay there this time and were surprised by our wanderlust souls for staying out in the cafe bar so so often. The lovely staff and owners Michael and Olga made our stay so so special. Friends and family also felt so happy and welcomed like a family by these beautiful people. It is all in the name - AMBIANCE!

Everything was amazing!!!... Albeit toilet could have been a bit bigger... Bathroom door couldn't fully open without hitting toilet. These are minor things that are overlooked by all the perks and benefits to staying here!

The location is the best in Masouri with easy access to the restaurants, supermarket, bus stop stop within minutes. Also the beach is immediately accessible, and there is a small private area for this hotel. If you take the appartments with the sea view, it will be fantastic with the view on Tenedos' island. There is also a small private terasse to take your meals. In case of late arrival, the staff will indicate you how to collect the keys.

No significant negative point for this residence. The door of my flat was not closing very well, it needs some fixing. There is no swimming pool in the resort - just know it.

Location is very central and close to a lovely beach. The housekeeping was excellent with clean towels and sheets every time they looked grubby. Reception staff also very helpful.

The noise from the bar at night was a nuisance as live football was shown on an outside screen below our room until very late. Also the pool table was reverberating around our concrete room until midnight most nights.

Beautiful sea view from balcony- very clean - helpful staff in reception. Close to lots of amenities.

Beach club - below apartment - had very loud music one night. Road at the front was very busy although couldn’t be heard from inside the apartment.

The view from our room was incredible. We caught the best sunsets over Telendos and the sunbeds on our patio were an extra bonus. The hotel is perfect location next to restaurants and walkable to the closest climbing crags. We also loved being able to walk right down to the water from the hotel for a swim in the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts before climbing.

A few things need repair in the near future- there was some water leaking through a spot in the ceiling.
