The room was very clean and beds are super comfortable. We have stayed here before while traveling through the area and it's very convenient as it's right off the highway. With that said you should request a room that faces the parking lot because the rear of the hotel faces the highway and there's a lot more noise. Also there's no elevator to the second floor so just be aware if you have a lot of stuff or have trouble climbing stairs. Check in was quick and easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful at recommending places to eat in the area. La Cita is a good Mexican restaurant about 2 miles down the road from the BW.

The spray deodorizer they use on the rooms is a little strong.

The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable! The bathroom and shower were also very clean and while there was some noise with guest arriving it was very quiet throughout the night. The location is perfect being right off the highway so it's easy to get in and out quickly. If you're a light sleeper just make sure you request a front facing room because the rear rooms are closer to the highway and it's noisier.

They sprayed a little to much deodorizer in the room which left a very strong oder which took a while to dissipate.

I have to say they had the best continental breakfast!! The person that was in charge of it was excellent!! We so appreciated the biscuits and gravy and the juice was cold. The night shift front desk staff could have been better but the morning front desk and maintenance crew well than made up for what the night shift lacked.

I thought the night shift front desk employee could have been nicer and show a bit of friendliness, maybe she was just having a bad day.

The staff was great. The room was wonderful. Everything was there for us. We had a good night sleep and we enjoyed our stay with best Western and we will again use best Western. Thank you. The breakfast was sufficient and hot and very delicious. The lady that was in the breakfast room was wonderful. She was very attentive and had a smile on her face and she was wonderful. We started our day with a smile because of her and we thank you for her.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was easy and the breakfast staff was very helpful and present. The facility was very clean, quiet, and a great location. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The green chili sauce was phenomenal.

I have no complaints and would recommend this Best Western to fellow travelers.

The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices. Fresh fruit including blueberries. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond. The desk staff was friendly as well.

The fitness room was 24 hrs which was nice, but it was an older building which meant I needed to walk outside to get to the fitness room and I wasn't comfortable doing that in the dark

The room was good sized, except for the bathroom, clean, and easy to access. We travelled with dogs, so we found that there wasn't enough noise dampening in the room, but otherwise was well done

The bathroom was so cramped. The door was within inches of the toilet, when it swung to close. It made me claustrophobic. A bit more sound dampening would have been nice.

The room was clean, and the carpet & furnishings appeared to be new. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good.

My room was located at the back of the property facing the interstate. (Too noisy) Next time, I’ll ask for a room near the front of the building.

The breakfast chile was amazing. The gal that makes it uses her own recipe and it is worth the stay to experience her chile! The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The freeway was right off my balcony and I was concerned whether I would sleep at all. I was able to get a good rest because everything else felt good. For me, I wouldn't want to stay here again because of the freeway, but if there was a room that would be quieter I would because the breakfast chili is amazing. Now my son appreciates noise to help him sleep, so he was okay.

A comfortable room on the first floor with parking right outside. The room has been recently refurbished and was very clean. Room had all facilities needed including a microwave. Breakfast was excellent, with helpful staff on hand. Comfortable bed and quiet a/c unit ensured a good night's rest. Front desk staff were especially helpful and loaned us a phone charger until we could get a replacement for one we had lost.
