We found the location to be very convenient for our needs. The breakfast was okay, however, the lids on the individual items were continually open, and the food was not very hot due to this fact. There were no cereals to speak of. Short-order cooking appeared to be only eggs. The room was very good, although "tired" in some aspects, it was very comfortable with a great layout. The only real issue was the lack of hot water, which was an intermittent problem. The management/staff, however, were excellent, and bent over backwards in their attempt to fix any issues. It ended up being a "comedy of errors". They would check the hot water, and it was there. We would go to shower, and it wasn’t.

Second time staying here due to location. Plenty of place to eat nearby. Friendly staff (the door man and kitchen staff).

Part of the room was dusty, and it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time; for example, I could see some cobwebs. There was a small leak from the bathroom tap. There wasn’t much soundproofing from the neighboring room. I'm not sure why some people like to speak loudly at night

Newly updated facility in prime location nearby night market and Ninh Kieu pier. Staff is friendly and fluent in English and Vietnamese. The free breakfast buffet that comes with the stay is the cherry on top. Food was plenty and delicious. The buffet bar runs from 6am - 9am (which fits well with floating market visit). We came back closer to the end of that time window expecting cold food or limited choices because the good stuff would run out. To our surprise, their staff replenished the buffet bar every 5-10 min to ensure the food stayed warm and fresh. 10/10 recommended.

No window in the family room we stayed in which made it kinda weird and eerie haha. Also at checkout we were charged for 2 extra bottles of water. I assumed a group of 5 would be given 5 free bottles but apparently not. Someone explained to me later that it is customary in Vietnam that whatever in the fridge is extra. The math checks out as there were only 3 bottles on the countertop and 2 in the fridge when we arrived.

Breakfast is okay for me, some days when I'm lazy to go out and search for breakfast. But not much option. Location: Love the location, the street is quiet especially at night. The hotel is right near Ninh Kieu wharf and Ninh Kieu walking street. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff. Room: It's spacious

Bathroom: I agree with some of the reviews. Bathroom need some maintenance. Our bathroom has some water seepage and tap water leakage? Nothing much the staff could do other than getting extra floor towel. Wifi can be poor at time. corridor carpet looks old.

Our room was a great size, with a lovely balcony. great bed and complementary Netflix, which was lovely at night. Location is perfect, close to the night market, waterfront and plenty of places to eat. Staff were also super lovely and very helpful.

Our toilet was leaking upon arrival and unfortunately burst a hose late at night, resulting in us having to move rooms very late, but the staff were really helpful, upgraded us to another room and allowed us to move back to our original room, upon our own request, once the toilet was fixed.

Great location, very good staff on reception and in the kitchen, we wanted vegan breakfast and they made good ones. The garden view on top floor was very relaxing

We had an issue with our door key, it didn’t always lock so you had to spend a minute checking and trying different things to get it to lock, not sure we were ever locked inside the room. The noise from the lift “bing” could be heard whenever anyone on any floor used it. The browser on the projector had last viewers tabs open, you’d not want children to see it.

Nice, big room divided into 2 parts

Glass door to the room - in the hall the light was on whole night and it was lightening into the room. Very thin wall, so we heard noise from the room next to us. There was a space between the bottom of the door of the shower and the floor therefore the water was leaking out of shower. Would be nice to have some western options for breakfast.

Very good breakfast. Not a lot of options but a very good food quality. Hotel personal was very very nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located, 100 meters from the night market and the city center. The room was perfect and the bed really comfortable. They have just opened a coffee shop next to the hotel. The coffee shop is spectacular! You should go to both to the hotel and to the coffee shop!

Everything was good

The staff was great! We went early to Mekong Delta, therefor we would have skipped the breakfast, but the staff was willing to put some things aside for us, which was so thoughtful from them. The room was very clean, in a very good location - close to the centre, away from the main street. Our room had windows towards the street, but did not hear too much traffic inside. Bathroom had a lot of space and amazing shower. The AC worked very well and was quiet. So I would give 9/10, and this 1 is really only missing because it took like a minute or two for the warm water to arrive.

If to complain about anything, then it took awhile for warm water to come. But shower overall was amazing!

Breakfast were exceptionally great. Staffs overall are very professional, friendly, kind. A bonus,for people in the South of Vietnam. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
