I stayed at Magnolias for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. I am a solo female traveler and felt perfectly safe at this hotel. It's not on the main drag so it's more quiet but it's very close to the dock (for the floating market) and the Can Tho Pedestrian bridge. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The only downside was that my refrigerator didn't work. I asked about this the first day and someone came and showed me that the light turned on and the back felt cold but in two days, nothing ever got cold at all.

A pleasant big room with a very comfortable bed-firm but not rock hard! As others have said, the room is full of furniture so is quite cramped, but it is comfortable. An excellent location close to the water front, walking street, pier and covered market. A choice of breakfasts (2 Western options) which was very tasty, with excellent coffee. Wi-fi was strong and stable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The shower needs resealing-every time you shower, the water leaks all over the floor. More a problem for housekeeping than guests.

The room is spacious enough and everything was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. They have a cafe on the ground floor and their cafes and tees are very good, I specially enjoyed the guava iced tee. They have many options for breakfast, the only thing is that you need to confirm what you want the day before. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve chosen to stay at Magnolia’s. I really like the location, it’s a short walk to the night market and the lively bars. It’s great on a Saturday night, because they close down the road along the river front. They have live music and entertainment, it’s wonderful.

Great location, attentive staff who gave great recommendations and were very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there but I think the options that were provided were really nice.

Air conditioner did not seem to be able to get as cold as the temperature that was set on it. Luckily there was also a ceiling fan which helped.

Specifically the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there. Very nice and clean bathroom.

The bed was located on top of the bathroom, so you need to climb a steep stair to reach it. Breakfast has to be ordered the day befor. 5 options to choose for a fixed time.

Friendly staff, good location and well-equipped facility in the room

Breakfast is from 8am to 10am. It would be nicer to offer earlier breakfast. Also considering offering fruit bowl and fruit buffet besides hot food

The location is very walkable to the center and night market and boating dock. Staffs were very friendly.

The room was too small to cramp 2 beds in there, making it look really cluttered. The widows were wide which was a plus but view from 1st floor was not great(unattractive electric wires in front and broken concrete/trash from building next door).

Great location, lovely cafe downstairs, welcoming staff, tidy and modern room, nice street view, good value for money.

Aside from the downstairs cafe, we didn't feel like there were many/any facilities but perhaps due to it being an Aparthotel. Also had to pay in cash on arrival as they charged an extra 2% for card payment.
