Location to our purpose of visit. Marlow’s attached to hotel! Easy in and out. All the staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and friendly.

It’s an old property that has been renovated. Lobby and ground floor areas we saw looked very nice. Our room 204 was nice. Hallway on 2nd floor showed some old water damage and one section of the ceiling and molding appeared to be quite dirty and dusty.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, Joseph, the desk clerk, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had in a while. It was too brief! I’ll return though—I’m in the area every few months and plan to stay here next time.

The parking lot/entrance is a little confusing because the hotel faces away from the road. Once in the lot, it’s easy to miss the turn that takes one to the hotel entrance.

I wish that you could invest in the my pillow type of pillows. These allow those of us who have problems sleeping to have more comfort sleeping. Otherwise the softness of the pillow makes them collapse too much and we have a tendency to double stack them and then it hurts our back and render a good nights sleep, most uncomfortable. It also causes more problems with having a stiff neck or what we call a "crook in your neck."

We only stayed for 1 night because we had business to do in the area. Plenty parking spots, love the famous cookies. Room was spotless but carpet had a slide smell. All staff members was welcoming and friendly. One more little thing we don't like was the windows they are not soundproof at all, we heard them trucks all night long. We will stay here again!

We have stayed here multiple times and have to say they have upped their game. The last couple of times we stayed here the lobby smelled like a fish tank due to the water feature. Happy to say someone listened and finally cleaned that thing. We could finally enjoy a breakfast in the lobby. Clorox goes a long way!

The pool was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN!!!! The rooms were spotless and so roomy and comfortable! The restaurant in the facility was DELICIOUS. We ate there both nights!!! We loved our stay and will be back!!!!

You could tell the elevator was older, it was kind of sketchy, lol. But didn’t have any problems with it

The staff greeted us when e checked in, and all were pleasant for our stay! Breakfast was wonderful, not tasteless and in-seasoned like you normally get with complimentary breakfasts.

Our bathroom seemed smaller than normal, but we made it work!

The hotel staff and management were very friendly and attentive.

The rating was only hampered by having to kill a spider inside the room and the toilet tissue roll being detached from the wall.

The room was very spacious. Everything is spotless. The Queen beds were bigger than usual and very comfortable. It was a pleasant rest.

The entrance to the hotel is not very comfortable at night.

The location was perfect. The room was very spacious and comfy. I loved that it was painted my favorite color. The jetted tub was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving.

I wish the hotel had an elevator.
