This property was an amazing surprise at the price. I did not expect such a nice place. We booked it for the swimming pool and the swimming pool was heated, which was amazing and there were beautiful plantings and shaded and sunny seating areas all around the pool They upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful, as we had an extra person with us. They did not charge us for the cot/camita, but having that made a huge difference in our comfort level. The place is spotless, although not brand new. The staff was lovely and the food at the restaurant was high-quality.

Nothing it was really nice

Nice room but was missing a coffee pot. No one was available to help me with my luggage upstairs so I grabbed a rolling cart (the check-in guy gave me one) but turned out it was broken causing me difficulty in the elevator (couldn’t get out!!) Please fix these items! Ughhh

Room didn’t have coffee pot, refrigerator was not one-/ no direction sad to how to turn on.

I have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott at Los Lagos, San Luis Potosi, four or five times. It gives excellent value. For the price of a decent hotel you get a very good hotel. In warmer weather, it has a nice pool with comfortable seating, both loungers and tables with chairs. The rooms all have either a couch or an armchair, which I think hotels should provide. It has very nice showers and bathrooms. Also, its location on 57D makes going either south or north very convenient.

Super modern, clean, world-class hotel. You will feel like you are in Europe if you stay here. (As it happens, I am on my eighth stay here right now!) The restaurant is world-c;lass, and if you don't like that, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, too - I will probably try that out tonight. Rooms: Sparkling clean, and decorated in a very comfortable, contemporary way. Everything about this hotel screams "WELL-MAINTAINED!" and "CLEAN AND MODERN!" Desk staff are fantastic, and most of them speak English. Hortensia is a GREAT help. She is, I think, the desk staff manager, and ALWAYS solves any problem I may have quickly. :)

AC was not working well. Very hot during the night. I was not able to sleep. Staff said they could not do anything about it.

Wish breakfast, or at least coffee, was available early - I usually check out around 4AM. Other than that, PERFECT!!!
