The staff were friendly, patient, helpful, and kind. The seating area for breakfast was well laid out and great for playing games together during downtime. The popcorn and coffee in the lobby were pleasant additions. The room was large enough to accommodate 4 adults with one in a wheelchair. The handicap provisions were perfect for our needs.

There was one desk employee, who took over for the overnight shift, who was unpleasant but we had little interaction with her, so we focused on the positive experiences with all the other staff we encountered. The building decor is old/outdated so it seems drab but it is clean and well cared for.

People at the desk were not as friendly as you would think for patty's. The sole machine would not take credit cards. Would not take large bills either even a five dollar bill. The front desk said it's always messed up.It seems like somebody could call the company and get it fixed. A lot of people including myself like to put cheese on their eggs or whatever and there was none to be put on the items. I. Tore up my knee and I'm on crutches and ask for a handicap room.A few weeks before I got there and the one that I got was at the end of the hallway on the second floor and had a regular bathtub. I was not able to get my knee up over that to take a shower. They said that they only have one room like that and they had a lot of people that were asking.

Locally owned and operated with a friendly atmosphere. The lady who maintained the excellent breakfast display is very good at what she does. Please keep the popcorn machine.

The bathroom fixtures need attention in room 104. The drain plug in the sink is missing allowing valuable items (like rings or earrings) to be lost. Drain plug in the tub was not attached.

Location was good. Staff was friendly (Eva).Breakfast had lots of options, loved the homemade bread. Rooms were clean. Loved the Christmas decorations.

Our TV remote would not work properly, Eva came up to help us and it worked for a second but then wouldn't allow us to change channels on Dish. With the floors having laminate instead of carpet it was a bit noisy when the guest in the room above us were walking around.

A special looking place as soon as you drive up and the good impression continues as soon as you walk inside. Very clean, well maintained with a friendly, professional staff. Some rooms like the one we stayed in (104), are decorated in creative themes that you won't find in your average hotel. The included breakfast was great and had many options. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

While there were ample items for breakfast, there was little for someone who is gluten intolerant, diabetic, or doesn't eat "white' carbohydrates- no bread other than white, no sugar free cereals-no hot oatmeal. There was only 1 washcloth per person, didn't realize it until I had dressed for bed. Would be nice to have one for face & one for bathing.

The staff at Patti's were very friendly. There was ample parking and normal selection of hotel breakfast food.

Our room was a little smaller than I thought it would be. There was a very noisy, I think dehumidifier, in our room. The noise from that and the air conditioner were more than I'd like. We had to drive about 3 miles to get to the historic Patti's Settlement.

The staff was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful. Fresh popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast was decent for a smaller hotel. Although the rooms were small, they were nicely decorated, and some were themed.

The whole facility seemed to have a moisture problem. Rooms had dehumidifier which filled up overnight. Rooms were small, but nicely decorated.

The food was good. Everything was neat & clean with an orderly appearance. Also, the fact the location is right along the main road but in a country setting. My husband & I took a nice walk along a small country road just behind the beautiful hotel

The breakfast was great!! The late evening (Saturday night) and early morning (sunday) staff were outstanding and went above and beyond just being a greeter! Rooms looked just like in the picture. The hotel was quiet, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice 3 min drive to Patti's for supper. One thing my husband pointed out was that there needed to be lights by the road where you turn in to the hotel. It was really hard at night to see the turn in as there were no lights there or across the road at the gas station.
