Room service was effective and fast. Room cleaning was great. The bed, sheets, pillows...were exceptionally confortable. TV service was good, blackout curtains were amazing and the sound proof windows helped a lot with outside noises
The gym facilities are limited, maybe having some individual weights would be great, also a more spacious room. Enchiladas suizas were not supposed to be spicy, however they were; tres leches cake was dry and the cover was greasy. Also the fact that the tub couldn't be filled up was somehow disappointing.

The room is big and clean, bathroom area very comfortable. Good sight to the street The restaurant has good food and excellent attention. The front desk is amazing and very attentive
They don't have meat knives. We had dinner asking for a steak. However they don't have meat knives and this made difficult to cut properly the steak

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Definitely going back on my next visit. Xalapa was exceptional.
