The convenience of location.

There were no towels available in the pool area, and for extra towels for our room. We had 3 adults and 1 kid trying to share 2 towels for our entire stay. The ice was empty on the three floors during our stay. There was little to no options left on the free breakfast when we went, early or closer to 10:00.

Nice continental breakfast with very friendly, helpful attendant. Good variety to choose from.

Repair/remodel crew had parts of the building blocked off with not one worker in sight. Even the main entry doors were blocked off. Desk staff was apologizing for the inconvenience because it was that. Paint smells were unfortunate and disturbing.

The location was great was close to downtown and the park where my son flag football tournament was held. Breakfast was good!

The TV in our room did not work where we could watch tv and the WiFi wasn’t always working

The pillows were very small id say the 4 pillows on the bed were roughly the size of 2 normal pillows

Pool was freezing but the downfall was the hot tub was not much warmer than the pool and the heating element and bubbles were missing...computer room was down...and the room I booked wasn't cleaned when we arrived so they gave us a different room that was only one room with two beds...I booked a quadruple room with beds in seperate rooms (didn't want to sleep next to my dad in the same room as my boyfriend and I)

I booked for the indoor pool and come to find out it’s closed. That wasn’t advertised, had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The shower curtain is starting to form mold. My room wasn’t serviced and beds were left unmade. I found screws and nails under the desk in my room.

Breakfast was great

We’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed it but this time the room looked clean but I could have sworn that the beds had just been made but the sheets nor pillowcases were washed. They had a smell to them like someone had slept on them before. We were very disappointed because we come so late to the hotel all we wanted was to sleep on clean sheets

The price

It wasn’t clean, it’s not in a great location
