There are several reviews on here that speak to maintenance issues, service at the front desk, cleanliness, etc. While this Inn is older than a lot of the newer places built in the last 20 years it is clean, the toilets, showers, TV’s work. Yes, there was a sign at the front desk that said they had stepped away for a minute but I waited no more than 30 seconds for someone to help me. They carry the standard breakfast fare and continue to cook throughout the morning. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. In short, I experienced none of the negative reviews in my 5 day/6 night stay. So, for the value received I’ll accept things being a little out of date. I will definitely book with them again when I need a place to stay in San Angelo.

The breakfast was the same as most Hamptons. Variety and delicious. But the woman running the breakfast was so personable and friendly. Made it all better

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The TV in our room wasn't working, so we were promptly upgraded at no additional cost. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was broken, which is the only reason for not giving an excellent rating. They were doing their absolute best to make it comfortable though, by bringing in standalone cooling units. All in all, a nice place to stay while in San Angelo.

The staff was amazingly friendly! Especially the lovely lady in the breakfast room.

More soap and shampoo in the room would have been nice.

the staff was really friendly. the lady that worked the 3pm-10pm shift was really fun and friendly. everything was great about the stay. met every standard!

Slept good on bed no loud noise. When their were hotel issues manager Jennifer handle it very well, multi tasking taking care of customers on the phone while making an effort to take care of the ones on the front desk. To Manager and Staff Good Job, keep up the Great Work!

Breakfast was limited. The reception check in area was very hot. I felt sorry for the employees having to deal with the heat
