The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the lobby was spacious . The parking was great and the covered parking was nice while we checked in. The extras that might be needed or forgot were close to the front desk and were thought of .

Some of the lobby chairs were uncomfortable, they were the wrong height for the tables. The lack of choices for breakfast wasnt that great, would have liked to have more choices. The barn door for the bathroom was off the rail or would get stuck midway. The lack of luggage trollies, could have been more of them.

The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The mobility impaired room was actually a mobility impaired room including a walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows There was sufficient plugs around the bed that I could plug in my CPAP along with my wife's and my phone The desk staff was friendly. Breakfast had multiple selections including eggs and sausage

the toilet paper only had about 1/16th of a roll and no replacement roll The water pressure was poor at best which precluded using the shower except for the wand. There was a folded cloth floor mat in the corner of the shower that was very wet as if it was picked up revolted and placed back in the shower used.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was large, clean and very nice. Breakfast was great. The girl working it kept things full. Lots of options. We enjoyed it. The gal that I spoke to on the way out was very pleasant. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

We checked in about 6:00 or so and the front desk gal was not friendly at all. Told me the basics and that was it. No smile, no welcome. Just what can I do for you... Bathroom was very nice and clean however the tub could use a little extra attention. There was construction on the road but hopefully they were fixing all the potholes. So I am sure it will be better next time.

Loved the roll in shower, I felt water in it than I do in mine st home. Check in and out were seamless Everything looked and smelled exceptionally clean The location is very accessible to not Shannon Hospital and Shannon South Hospital Breakfast was tasty with many options The staff were very friendly and helpful

The beds were to tall for a mobility impaired room The mattresses were worn out and provided no support

Having a nice person to help with the breakfast was very nice. She would keep things clean and help with any questions on the equiptment.

Shower was in deplorable condition. Someone with authority needs to check monthly for any needed repairs. the bottom of the shower had real problems. It was cleaned as well as possible but needed to be repaired. AKA Nasty

Mike, the maintenance personal. Even though he was off duty that day, he came to the airport to give me a ride to the hotel when I got stuck there all by myself without rides to go no where. He truly exceeded my expectation. He saved my entire trip to Texas after American Airline put me on the flight to San Angelo while I was promised that I would have no problem finding a ride to Abilene from there. (after they delayed one flight and canceled the rescheduled one). Mike is a true hero to me, also not to forget to mention the sweet lady at the front desk for the evening shift who went above and found Mike for me.

The cleanness of the bathroom. I saw the toilet was not cleaned as I saw hairs and urine stuck on the back of the toilet seat. The location of the towel rag inside the shower stall. Not practical at all. The lady in charge for the breakfast counter was a bit too nosy. She saw me taking an extra cup of coffee for my husband came to pick me up and she was reporting about it to the front desk associate while i was still present in the lobby. Not nice feeling as I was departing the hotel.

I was there with my daughter for college orientation. And the staff was welcoming, and when the bbq restaurant didn’t give us utensils they provided them, and also gave us napkins.

The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t replace the toiletries, and the coffee.

Everything! Beautiful, clean room. The staff was very nice, amenities were perfect, breakfast was delicious. I felt safe and my belongings secure. I was there for my birthday weekend and was so completely relaxed.

The laundry room was out of order, but it was no big deal. Honestly, the only real thing that I didn't like was having to leave!

We arrived in town earlier than expected and our rooms were ready for us, which was wonderful. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the downtown area restaurants and Goodfellow AFB, where we visited my son. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if we return to the town.

Nothing really, hotel met my expectations.

I liked the ease of check-in. There was a cart available to help transport luggage.

There needed to be a clear verbal explanation to the extra $50 change to my card. I was in a mobility impaired room and the beds were so high that I had difficulty getting on them.
