We were visiting my spouses family and I brought my mom and sister with us to celebrate my spouses birthday with them and kept extending our stay in different hotels. This was the second one we used out of the 4 and it was our absolute favorite for cleanliness and comfort. The staff was really warm and welcoming to people and we may be a bit standoffish and there were times it felt a little cold but it was in a good way we weren’t used to people being as friendly as we are with customers. It was a very nice experience to be around. When we got back home everyone is already planning our next trip to my in laws and we all mutually decided this is the one we’d use because of how much we liked it here!

We stayed at the particular location a few years ago. It was familiar and as we remembered it. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious (we are a family of 5)

It’s not their fault but the pool was under construction so we couldn’t swim. But that shouldn’t count against our review. We stayed in a handicap accessible room (I may have accidentally booked it.) I took a shower and it flooded our bathroom. But the staff was quick to take care of as soon as they knew.

Taylor greeted me when I arrived very promptly I didn't have to wait at all she was quick to check me in after a long days work and made me feel right at home while away from home after speaking with her briefly I learned she said she had only been working there for two weeks...she seemed like she had been working there for years great personality professional gave me advice about where roneat and it was perfect helped me out when i lost a key card great kid yall gotta keep her man great breakfast, not too bad of an area either great location everything was close

The cable was out and there was only one channel but luckily it was one I would watch anyway

The room was spacious and clean. Beds are comfy.

We did get ugly looks at breakfast from one worker. My 6yr old spilled his juice on the table and his waffle. I cleaned up and threw it away. The employee walked passed the trash can and said "what a waste". Also we asked her for help to use the coffee machine and she never smiled or spoke to us. She just got the coffee machine working for us. Everyone else that worked there was awesome.

The facilities were very good. The breakfasts were excellent and a good variety of hot foods each day. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.

This isn’t necessarily something we didn’t like but we had to call the front desk for an ironing board and iron and bedding for the pull out couch. Both were brought up quickly.

I really liked the location. The staff was nice.

My son noticed that one of the exterior doors where staff went to sit and smoke was not locked. you could enter and exit without use of a key. I felt this was not acceptable at all. when we looked closer the lock was broken and therefore it was not even able to be locked. There was a place to use hotel key but it did not work as if it had been deactivated. This was alarming and did not make my children or I feel very safe. I wanted to ask for a refund but figured it wouldn’t get me very far. This should be addressed immediately.

Breakfast was good. The location was easy to get to and from near stores and restaurants

Definitely need more parking. By the time I got to the room from evening activities at around 10pm there was absolutely no where to park. You have a big empty lot of dirt behind that could definitely be used for parking. But not that night it was raining. Which turned all of it to mud.

I've stayed at several hotels in San Angelo and this was by far my favorite! The suite was so comfortable and this sitting area was great for hanging out with my Airman and his buddy! The breakfast was definitely delicious and one of the best breakfasts I've experienced in a while! The staff were helpful, friendly and very kind! Give them all a raise!!

The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet.

The parking lot could be bigger. There were 2 trucks with trailers that were taking up 6-7 parking spaces each which made it impossible to find a parking spot.

Facilities were always clean, fresh water out for travelers and the breakfast was great.

No prior warning that the pool wasn’t functioning. Hotel is too close to the exit of a highway and traffic moves too fast. Door to our room looked as if it had been kicked in at some point.
