The staff is always great here, always my go-to hotel in San Angelo!

I’ve been staying here for years, I think it’s time for a refresh. The toilets are kind of wonky, the mattresses are kind of worn in too much, broken tile in bathroom, etc.

The young man behind the desk the night I checked in was amazing. He made me feel right at home. The world needs a little more like him in it for sure..thanks

The front staff was amazing. This is always our go to place when we stay in San Angelo. We just love the hotel, it always feels like home away from home.

There wasnt much negative things to say! This place is always great.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. There was a good variety for breakfast and the check out time is more ideal.

I don’t have any complaints about my stay.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Kimberly at the front desk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool which was perfect in temperature and privacy and the breakfast which was a perfect variety.

The water lines into the fridge and coffee makers weren’t working so there were no drinks at breakfast…

Everything. The staff was friendly and welcome throughout all the hotel. The hotel in general is well kept and super nice. Everyone was very accommodating and the location was perfect for where I needed to be.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was very good. Kudos to the cleaning staff.

In the first room we stayed at, the bed was not made. Apparently we needed to specifically ask for bed & linen service. We were moved to a 2nd room. For our second night, the room had a clogged sink.

The location was ideal, the property was overall well maintained and clean.

I booked with the understanding that there was a pool, but arrived and told it was under construction, disappointed as I was with all my kids who planned to swim.
