I like the friendliness, the cleanliness the breakfast most definitely could be better. I didn’t even go down to breakfast cause I have not enjoyed it on the past times that I have stayed there. I wish there was more insulation in the walls where we could not hear people talking. I tried to go to bed early early cause we have an early morning. . I did not like the breakfast. It could be better most definitely an insulation in the walls would help the noise.

The room was cool, clean, and well maintained. We easily fit myself and my wife, 3 kids (ages 4, 3, and 2 months). The complimentary breakfast was good for what it had. You could make waffles in their waffle maker, or have a donut or toast. There wasn't much protein but hard boiled eggs were available. For the cost, it was a good breakfast that fed our whole family. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be the lack of carpet in the rooms. This isn't a big deal though as the hotel accommodates pets and maintaining carpet would be a nightmare. This is just more of a preference thing.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The day I checked in a nice lady helped me check in early and the morning I was supposed to check out (literally 4am) I was informed I was not able to fly out that day. I went downstairs to front desk staff and they helped me stay in my room an additional night. The only reason why I wouldn’t stay would be to be closer to Goodfellow AFB, but they honestly aren’t that far so who knows.

If I knew that this Motel existed I wouldn't go anywhere else. The room was smaller and I enjoyed it. It was obvious that cleanliness was very important to the motel. The staff was professional. Parking was great for everyone. I would be looking for one of these motels next time I travel and I travel twice a month

Really comfortable beds.

There were 4 vehicles taking 2 parking spaces a piece. Multiple vehicles with trailers taking 4-6 parking spaces a piece. When I arrived I asked the desk attendee where I could park. She said parking is so bad she parked in the handicapped parking. I told her I am handicapped and have the plates. She told me to park next hotel over. I asked if there was a shuttle to pick me up and she said no. I reminded her I was disabled. She never once suggested on moving her car for me.

It was ok. Hot eggs of some sort would have been great, so would a microwave, that way you are able to cook the oatmeal offered. Ian was an absolute delight to welcome you in and he happened to be there as I checked out. Great customer service by him.

My neighbors above me and on my side were both loud. I didn't complain as it is the start of Summer so it's to be expected.

I’m a repeat customer. The people are nice, room and lobby clean and the bed is comfortable.

I was in a recently remodeled room. Queen bed. The pillows were huge and quite uncomfortable for me. I didn’t ask for a different pillow at the desk although I’m certain if I had they would have accommodated me.

The room was great bed was comfy!

Outside the room was very noisy in the morning! Walls seemed paper thin and could hear everything going on upstairs. Housekeeping entered the room and let our dog out while we were eating breakfast... Need a better system for those who have checked out!

The receptionist was very welcoming when checking in. Our room smelled & was amazingly clean.

The dining area had huge chunks of mud & dirt from the guests' room all the way to the exit, which had already dried onto the floor. The counters dirty with stains, sugar, crumbs, etc. The cleaning staff was there but having a great time laughing & carrying on in the front office.

I was just here last weekend and wasn't to happy, but I've used them in the past. So, I gave it another shot. Big improvement. Last time smell of mildew was strong, but not now. Very clean. Staff was amazing, shout out to Mary, she took care of us during a family emergency (reason for trip), room was comfortable, clean and breakfast was good. Thank you for your patience with us Mary, give that lady a raise!
