I like the friendliness, the cleanliness the breakfast most definitely could be better. I didn’t even go down to breakfast cause I have not enjoyed it on the past times that I have stayed there. I wish there was more insulation in the walls where we could not hear people talking. I tried to go to bed early early cause we have an early morning. . I did not like the breakfast. It could be better most definitely an insulation in the walls would help the noise.

The room was cool, clean, and well maintained. We easily fit myself and my wife, 3 kids (ages 4, 3, and 2 months). The complimentary breakfast was good for what it had. You could make waffles in their waffle maker, or have a donut or toast. There wasn't much protein but hard boiled eggs were available. For the cost, it was a good breakfast that fed our whole family. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be the lack of carpet in the rooms. This isn't a big deal though as the hotel accommodates pets and maintaining carpet would be a nightmare. This is just more of a preference thing.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The day I checked in a nice lady helped me check in early and the morning I was supposed to check out (literally 4am) I was informed I was not able to fly out that day. I went downstairs to front desk staff and they helped me stay in my room an additional night. The only reason why I wouldn’t stay would be to be closer to Goodfellow AFB, but they honestly aren’t that far so who knows.

Location was perfect for the places we needed to go. Bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was surprisingly ample.

The room was pretty bare-bones. Didn’t even have a closet, just some stubs of hangar rods. Very easy to knock the clothes off, which happened once, just because the room was cramped.

It was good! I like how there's a washer and dryer locations on the property

we got a knock on the door after 11 and the house keeper had told us check out was at 11 but our app Definitely said 12 so we're confused so we're not sure if we're getting that $50 back from us payin in advance when checking in

If I knew that this Motel existed I wouldn't go anywhere else. The room was smaller and I enjoyed it. It was obvious that cleanliness was very important to the motel. The staff was professional. Parking was great for everyone. I would be looking for one of these motels next time I travel and I travel twice a month

Aidan who checked me in was wonderful. The room was great. My grandma complained about the tall beds but she is 4'9 😆

The breakfast left a little to be desired. I guess I expected more warm things and there was only waffles. We're not much of a sweets for breakfast type group though.

Really comfortable beds.

There were 4 vehicles taking 2 parking spaces a piece. Multiple vehicles with trailers taking 4-6 parking spaces a piece. When I arrived I asked the desk attendee where I could park. She said parking is so bad she parked in the handicapped parking. I told her I am handicapped and have the plates. She told me to park next hotel over. I asked if there was a shuttle to pick me up and she said no. I reminded her I was disabled. She never once suggested on moving her car for me.

It was ok. Hot eggs of some sort would have been great, so would a microwave, that way you are able to cook the oatmeal offered. Ian was an absolute delight to welcome you in and he happened to be there as I checked out. Great customer service by him.

My neighbors above me and on my side were both loud. I didn't complain as it is the start of Summer so it's to be expected.

The room was clean and met my needs. The staff was friendly and the skeleton staff member was a hoot!

Not many options for breakfast. The door to my room didn't latch closed unless you pushed/pulled on the door as it closed.
