it was nice and clean, as expected in the picture as the room that I have booked and stayed. Furthermore, the receptionist is most helpful on the things that I have asked.

Great location - within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, mall, etc. Friendly & competent staff - Clean room & respond to reported issues well. Honest too. I left a RM10 bill on the table for cleaning tip, but they didn't even touch it & just left it there. Maybe it's not enough...? Easy check-out procedure - LITERALLY just drop your key & be on your way. Room allotment - I was given a room with windows, which was not what everyone get. Try asking for one while making booking. If there are vacancies, they'll more that likely to accommodate. And the room are fairly spacious. Doesn't feel cramped & claustrophobic at all. General cleanliness - Fairly clean. Not shiny- & squeaky-clean, but quite good for a budget hotel.

Nothing really. There are issues, but as this is a budget hotel, complaining about those issues is a tad unfair. But here goes: Rather shabby - Old furniture, chipped paint-job, leaking air-con (in the lobby - the one in my room worked fine). But at that price, it's acceptable Surau - no proper ventilation, so it smells funky. Better pray in your room; there's enough space to do so. Soundproofing - the walls are thin, so keep the volume down (but not the passion & affection), you lovebirds!
