Its a small room, with all facilities, with a electrical heater than can change any temperature you want. You have possibility for breakfast, in time and very tasty. The bathroom its small, but functional (its like you are with a yacht :) Near you have a huge carrefour and commercial center

Booking in was a pleasure...the lady on reception, very helpful. It's a basic budget hotel so there are no frills but everything you need to crash out for a night.....Buffalo Grill or Dirty Donnies are within walking distance. Slept well and the cold buffet breakfast had everything you could need. Great coffee. All staff are helpful and very pleasant.

Great location, easy to find. Lovely restaurant/Grill next door and alternative restaurants nearby Staff were lovely and I was able to check in via a key safe facility. Breakfast was brilliant.

Room was a little shabby and shower head had to be hand held, unless you are only 1 metre tall. But it was ok for one night

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. No problem with my bike. Basic, typical hotel of its type. You know what you are (and are not) getting when you book this type of accommodation, and I got what I expected.

Superb position for overnight stay, or to explore Laval. Good value. Good breakfast available at extra charge. Comfortable, clean, staff friendly.

Shower rose holder broken and none at head level (have to hold shower), no curtain/screen Bathroom floor gets very wet.

Good value with low cost. Rooms are not too fancy - hand shower and big bed. Wifi worked well. Room was very clean. Great service from the staff and beautiful cafe with terrace to enjoy café or beer.

Hand shower holder was broken.
