This is a great place to visit with family. I like the nature inspired living concept, facilities like gym, swimming pools, food. I must say I am really impressed with the food quality and taste. You will fall in love with the Coorg style curries here. Above all, the friendly and supportive nature of the staff really was the best thing about IBNII.

The property is amidst lush natural surroundings and might attract some unwanted guests in the form of bugs and leeches. If you are a nature fan it might not matter but for kids and elderly it might become troubling sometimes, especially in the rainy season.

The Resorts Location , ambience , Food Quality and Taste including Service was at the best.

1) Limited No of selected items in Dinner, especially the Desserts were very limited with Veg Options 2) The selected room Category had both Options of : Jacuzzi and Pool, wherein the Jacuzzi wasn't working for current season and pool couldn't be used due to current rainy conditions. The Leisure Vacation was purposefully planned to enjoy such amenities at such high value Resorts, which we felt deprived off.

but the staff can be a little more friendly with the guests. some of the rules are bizarre. I mean it's a resort to relax and you can't relax cuz of the timelines that they have. food is nothing great and they should allow people to get in food from outside if they feel they don't like the in house cooked food there's no harm in getting food from outside. everyone may not necessarily like what they make.

Splendid location in a former coffee plantation with lots of birds and very quiet. Food was delicious and served fresh. I especially appreciated them taking very good care of my dietary requirements. Staff was very friendly and Rakesh took very good care of us. Complaints were taken care of very quickly and we also got a room upgrade. We loved the included activities like Yoga and nature walks.

The buggy service could be improved. Despite being off-season and not using the service very much it was sometimes more than late. Pool being closed for maintenance and contruction on-site without prior notification.

Breakfast is very nice! Welcome drink Chukoo coffee was really superb! Enjoyed for second time .. Crew are very courteous from my arrival till we checked out. Big applause for them!!!

Water flowing in both commodes in Cottage 120 despite flush valve is completely released. Save water! Periodical up keeping of property is very essential like improvement in especially exterior areas of the cottages..it is due to heavy rains, needs earlier up keeping process like repainting and other works.

The views from the Wooden Cottage, the Dining area and Coffee shop were exceptional. The food was delicious and the dining room staff were some of the most courteous and helpful lot we have come across in our travels.

In the room, its given that anyone will spend a lot of time in the balcony and here both my wife and I felt the seating provided could have been more comfortable. Also I felt that the lighting in the room, which was otherwise great, could have been brighter. I could not get any reading done except by way of the bedside lamp. This is more of an observation and not a complaint.

Perfect place for a getaway. Everything was perfect, the property, the amenities, the hospitality. We booked one of the pool villas and it was just what we expected. Complete privacy and comfort amidst the lush green trees. People avoid going in monsoon but since I love monsoon, I enjoyed it even more.

The resort is built amidst nature, Kaldee kaapee shop near lake side and the chukoo coffee was awesome. The front desk staff, buggy drivers, the hospitality staffs at restaurant are extremely friendly. No matter what time it is the room service is at it best. Loved the private pool villa superb! Kids play area could have been better built and  managed.

If you think plush cannot co-exist with environmentally friendly, you may want to visit Ibnii resorts in Coorg. A lush green eco-friendly resort nestled in the middle of large fig trees, beautiful tea plantations and clean water bodies, this place has something in it for everyone. They’ve made a conscious effort to reduce wastage by charging the customer for any wasted food. They add no sugar, artificial preservatives or colouring to their food; instead, each meal is prepared fresh and their produce is sourced locally. Everyone in our family licked our plates clean because the food was lip-smackingly good. The cottages have their own private pool and jacuzzi, letting families have a cozy time with no prying eyes. Their baking class was a super fun activity with the chef teaching my daughter and I some cool tricks to making beautiful-designed cookies using just a fork! This was probably one of the best holidays my family and I have had, and to think peace is just a four-hour drive away from Bangalore makes my heart sing!

We had to wait for a little while for our buggies, could have been better.

Location was great, rooms and ambience was good. Food is very clean, fresh and tasty. Chef and his team are excellent. Staff is cordial, warm and supportive.

The push for eco friendly food patterns and beverages can at times be irritating. There is a scope for improving Customer service standards
