Beautiful modern decoration. Very central. Very clean. Spacious.

The wifi did not work in the room. Only if we kept the door of the room open or with sit in the corridor the wifi would work. We let the staff know but we got no reaction via whatsapp.

check in time is not as written in the information text - it depends on other people’s check in times. staff was talking for some time in front of the room very loudly, so we didn’t get enough privacy

the location was great, close to the city center and the convention center.

I paid extra to have a room with a balcony and a sea view (clearly stated in the room description and list of amenities) but the room I received had neither. Instead the only window I had had a view of a small inner courtyard where bins are stored. When I queried this with the staff, they said that they cannot guarantee which room you will get, even though there are different prices for the different rooms. Had I known, I would have booked a room elsewhere as standard rooms without a view were cheaper at other hotels. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I contacted Booking customer service to let them know of these dishonest practices but they had no interest in making sure their listings are not a scam.

Be careful!!! Rules about deposit is not very clear and visible when you booking. Deposit still not have recieved back- after 7 working days within Europe. It is crazy. Not recommended at all.
