Area and location are good. Nice garden and excellent swimming pool.

There is no water facility. Just one time can give water per day 2ltr, not clean properly, some furniture was brake. Check in time to late and check out time too early. Plz change it.

They do understand the situation I was with my one year old son he was down with extreme fever and they didn’t allowed early checkin we reached hotel at 10:30am and they allotted room at 1:30pm

soundproof is not good. I can hear sound from the next room. I did not feel comfortable with the soundproofing. Also if someone smokes from the next room, smoke easily penetrates other rooms and the smell does not leave for some time. Because of the smoking smell, I kept opening the door for a long time. Pls advise and tell the visitors not to smoke. Because it will affect people who stay next to their (smokers) room. Pls pls advise. Everything was excellent except these two.

I liked the ambience and location of this property, a perfect getaway from a city life. A special thanks to the property manager Mr Gosh and his staff for excellent service. I believe most of the hotels around have a check-in time of 2pm and sometime there is delay in getting the rooms, but this can be worked out better where people travel on different time zones to get an accommodation on timely basis. I am overall satisfied with the stay and services offered. Please see if their is a Wi-Fi option given to the cottages too. Thanks

Very clean, check in was smooth, well instructed and labelled amenities in room. I hope all rooms had those mini instructions label, then it’s wonderful.

Pool was a popular choice among all people who stayed so It would great to clean the pool water daily

Good ambience and very green and clean.

No facilities for food. Atleast a cafe should be there with tea/coffee/snacks etc. As this is little interior food arrangement should be there even if its a basic service by a third party vendor.

Location

Cleaning services of rooms and also didn't gave sampoo and also they use disposal dishes and glasses. There was also no kitchen available. Pool is also little dirty

Place is located near by to Baga beach , excellent location

Rooms where not neat , termites where falling from the wooden roof need to maintain well !!

Resort ambience and privacy..

Swimming Pool was not maintained properly and no designated stuff for this.. they are treating it just like another pond of their property.. "should not come in amenities"
