Everything! This place is a wee gem made even better by the friendly reception staff. There was nothing too much trouble for them, they made my stay feel safe and comfortable and went above and beyond. It’s not 5* but the value for money was great. The location was perfect for solo travelling with everything on your doorstep, right in the heart of Cambrils upmarket area full of nice restaurants. I upgraded to a balcony looking over the street and it was worth the extra € for the bigger, brighter room.

Couldn’t fault it for the price

Amazing food, great location, great value for money. Everybody was nice and friendly, very helpful stuff. I don't agree that hotel is "too simple" or "too old", it has everything that is necessary for the comfort stay and overall service is just great. The location is fantastic, in the center of the city but very quiet, beach is very close and easy to get to. Absence of animation is a great plus for me too because it meant that the hotel was quiet. Air conditioning is a big plus and works just perfectly. And I would like to stress once again - AMAZING food, I was in the hotel for 4 weeks in total and each day the food was different, dinners included seafood and healthy vegan alternatives like quinoa mini salads. The poster in the restaurant even claims that the food is from local suppliers, and everything was nicely cooked.

I did not like the fact that safe is paid and it was not announced in advance. I assumed it was already in the price of the room. At the end of the stay I also found out that my room is separated from the other just with the simple door in the wall which can be simply open by the turn of the locker. To be honest it does not look very safe and freaked me out a little. I think that the other person even opened it up accidentally a little and I guess it made us both feel a little uncomfortable.

I stayed at this hotel back in May 2025 and had such a lovely experience that I booked again. The hotel is in a great location with plenty around, shops, restaurants, cafés, and a stones throw away from a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the hotel (and room) is very clean.

Location of hotel excellent - on the main rambla with access to bars /restaurants directly outside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - we reported our faulty balcony door lock and they had their technician repair this within the hour. The breakfast was very nice - good coffee machines :) Excellent value for money We would recommend and will definitely return Gracias!

The location was perfect. It was a good hotel in the centre. Close to beaches, supermarket, many stores, diners and bars.

The cleaning could be better. And the reception as well. However, I wouldn't say it was bad.

Nest door to some restaurants that couldn't speak English,so when you asked for an English menu, attitude was horrible at times. These restaurants were not at the point of Cambraills, just left of the hotel, got the impression only locals use them

Great location, close to all amenities. Lovely hotel staff, and very clean. A tastefully decorated hotel with a lovely ambience.

Unfortunately, the food selection, both breakfast and evening meal, was not up to much for a 4 star hotel.

the rooftop pool on a hot day is just super

Not very convenient logistics in the hotel, a bit old and seen its share of sights, but the hotel is looked after quite well. In general, this is more of a nitpick, I guess. A good hotel for a few days.

close to the port that had an array very nice yachts,boat excursions on offer,a fantastic beach 120m away with plenty of sports on offer,plenty of shops on the small surrounding streets with bars and restarunts plentyful.local bus service to salou

no money exchange units.no banks would sell euro,s for sterling,had to use cards at atm,s etc.took 3days to find that a spar supermarket was directly at the rear of our hotel lol.

Coffee at Breakfast was poor Limited parking, requested parking when booking but as we arrived in the evening parking was full. Cost additional €25 in local car park
