Its a flat - great kitchen (coffe and tea avaliable with no extra cost), sofa tv room and a great bed - very clean, safe place, good parking in the building with no extra cost. Everythinh works great! the neighboorhood is safe and there plenty of places to go (malls, restaurants, drugstores, etc)

Clean, confortable, great facilities and Bruna at the front desk was lovely and super helpful with everything.

The Wifi is not good at all, specially in the co-working area. In the room I could plug with ethernet directly into the router and the speed was a lot better 120Mbps.

The manageress was extremely helpful. We had no Portuguese language skills and except for the manager who spoke excellent English, none of the other staff could help when we had questions. NOT a fault, merely an observation!

That we couldn’t have meals but the small kitchen did help. Although there was a mall nearby, the hotel was at the bottom of a VERY LONG climb up to the centre of the town and the shopping areas with a poor bus service.

Amazing location, safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants, bars and supermarket around. Some minutes from Avenida Paulista and MASP. The apartment is very complete, clean, confortable and silent (perfect for one person or couple). It looks exactly as the pictures. The building has swimming pool, gym and security 24 hours.

EVERYTHING. First time I stay in a apartment and it was the best experience. They have everything in there. All details are taken care. I would definitely come back.

The pictures on the booking page gave me perhaps a wrong impression but were real. Already when entering the room, though, I could see it was way overpriced in relation to the space available in similar locations in São Paulo. Also, I should remind the host that when a room is rented to a couple, a card key should be available for each guest, but the host even charges for an extra key. My girlfriend, who doesn't speak Portuguese, was left hanging... Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it.
