Everything - this little resort is great, with a good finish on the aesthetics. We had a big clean spacious room with adequate cooking facilities and a big fridge/freezer - and it was one of the 'budget' rooms Bed was super big and comfy. Shower had hot and cold water, and shampoo/soap provided. AC worked great. Swimming pools were spotlessly clean, and nice to hang out at. Food from the restaurant was excellent, and very reasonably priced for Puerto galera - highly recommend the bicol express, chicken curry, and curry wurst. Pool table at the bar was nice to pass an evening. Free WiFi worked well Staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping was offered daily, without being intrusive. Scooter rental available for similar price to those in PG and Sabang. Tuk tuks and trikes passing the front gate regularly if you don't want to ride a scooter. Dive center is clean, with rental gear that works well. Dive guide, captain and dive instructor were very friendly. We did a 2 tank, which left from the little jetty right at the resort, and spent the surface Interval on bikini bar, where they provided coffee, drinking water and a sandwich. Reefs are in good condition, with lots of macro life. Highly recommend to stay here, it's a great place to relax

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The food is good and the location was right by multiple bars. Renting the motorcycles really saved us money and time from using the tricycles. The setup for the resort was great, including the reflective windows. The staff was very helpful since the very first day. Would highly recommend this resort.

Pending on who is on shift, some staff did not give us free water. I wished the owner would get a chance to speak to us like the other customers. Although we did like the location, it is far from White Beach. These three things should not deter anyone from visiting this resort.

Really nice team. Everyone was relaxed and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and in good shape. We did diving with the resort and it worked out nicely. There is a backup battery so you never have power cuts.

Minor details: There is not always hot water in the evening. The towels leave a small residue on the skin which is inconvenient when putting sunscreen. The roosters are very active.

I want to give kudos to the place since they are into renewable energy. I saw some installation of Solar Power in their vicinity so we did not experience any power interruption during out stay. The staff are very courteous and will really attend all your needs during your stay. The place also let you bring and cook your own food, but don't let this discourage you in eating in their restaurant since the food is good enough also.

The only cons that we could think of this place is that the place is located in a steep environment. If you have any kids or senior citizens with you, they will have a hard time roaming around since there is a lot of climbing of stairs involved.

The ambiance. Food. Location. Night swimming at the pool under the moonlight and relaxing sound. They have parking which is best for tourist and travellers with car. Especially to avoid the congested sabang puerto galera at the center nearby beach. Very accesible. The services and amenities they offer at their given rate are the best that i have seen in Puerto Galera so far.

The location was great. Overlooking a jungle of palms, swimming pools and the bay as a backdrop.

Some of the steps a bit dodgy for someone with some mobility limitations.

It's in a quiet location, beautifully secluded. Jalyns is a new resort, with large rooms constructed for divers. Many plugs for charging camera equipment, computers and cell phones. The pool view room had a small patio overlooking the pool, complete with table and chairs and a drying rack. New bed, bathroom amenities. All needs addressed quickly. Free unlimited drinking water.

The resort was exactly what we were looking for. I can't comment on anything negative. Our 12 day dive vacation was perfect.

We had a great stay despite the typhoon weather. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Big windows and balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. The restaurant was convenient and had great food. My partner also did his PADI open water here and was very happy with the course.

excellent hotel with easy access to diving center. could basically have everything including meals, massages, diving just in one hotel with affordable prices. Jalyn is around 15 min walk to Sabang beach and therefore it's not noisy during the nights.

found and killed 2 cockroaches in the room. Other than that, this is a perfect hotel.
