Our stay was amazing. It felt like more than just a hotel visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. Meriem, the General Manager, helped us choose delicious dishes at the restaurant. She also suggested great places to visit and recommended the best spots for traditional food. Haithem, the Duty Manager, made sure everything went smoothly. He arranged our driver and guide and checked in throughout the day to see if we needed anything. The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Every detail was taken care of. We will definitely be back.

The price of the food at the rooftop restaurant was a bit expensive. But food quality was nice and restaurant is clean and well looked after. Also.. the only thing I did not like was the signing during Ramadan Iftar .. it is a Holly month and I was not expecting to find a singer at the restaurant

During my recent short stay in Algiers, I was fortunate to choose the M Suite Hotel. Although I booked very late and my credit card was declined because it was not activated for use in Algeria, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. I contacted the hotel to inform them of the issue, and Mrs. Fatma, who was very understanding, confirmed my room despite the circumstances. I greatly appreciate her professional attitude. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and all front desk employees are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet Mrs. Fatma in person after our phone conversation. My room was well-appointed with brand-new furnishings. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Algiers Airport. The hotel features a rooftop restaurant and café, and there are numerous grocery shops and fast-food outlets in the vicinity. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of international and Algerian dishes, including all types of coffee, juice, pancakes, omelets, and fresh fruits, all in a very nice atmosphere.

The team is very polite and professional. They try to do everything easy for you. The breakfast service was excellent. In general, the hotel is fabulous, and the WIFI is strong. I highly recommend this hotel.

it's a shame about the stains on the carpets. The TV in the room was not in working order, but the other one was working ok. I think that in the beautiful kitchen some cutlery, plates and glasses could be very useful. Also some pot, to make sense of the cooker.

Close to the airport, great breakfast, good enough dinner, amazing staff and shuttle service, clean and conformable and the toilet bidet is a huge plus and good AC in single rooms and it's not pointing directly to the bed.

The location isn't special, no open buffet dinner or lunch ,the AC in apartments is only good in the dining area and non existent in the bedroom since there's no vents at all and not so great in the living room, the hallways feel like sauna.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would to me to mention Fatima in particular who was friendly and made our stay smooth and stress free. I recommend the rooftop restaurant (get the fish goujons). Food was delicious. The room was spacious and everything was exceptionally clean. There is an on demand shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was a huge let down! We chose this hotel because of the restaurant and the head chef and his experience with Mexican cuisine but the food was awful! There were barely any Mexican items on the menu. We ordered chicken Caesar salad, fish burger, chicken quesadilla, kofta burrito, no bake cheesecake and white fondant. The free Bread and olives were the best part of the meal. The chicken had a weird texture maybe canned or frozen. Caesar salad had maybe it was mustard dressing? The fish burger was crumbly but my son ate most of it. white fondant was delicious. Husband loved the kofta burrito. In all fairness, the head chef wasn’t there. Not sure just really strange. It was not so expensive as all of this was about $60 usd

The staff at this hotel are actually alive and they are very helpfull from the time you arrive until you leave, I say alive because I have stayed at many of the chain hotels close to the airport and some have very poor staff performance so may first stay at the M Suite I rate high due to the great staff performance and helpfullness. The room was fine and quiet which if you stay over the highway on Rte de Dar El Beida were a lot of the other airport hotels are located there is significantly more traffic noise if you get a room at the front of the hotels. There are plenty of basic restaurants and bakeries a few hundred meters up the road and if you do want to go to the Bad Ezzouar Shopping centre behind the Mercure hotel it 300DZD by taxi.

The airport shuttle was out of service, they organised the equilivant of a local UBER to the airport for far less that the normal taxi fee from the Mercure which is basically the same distance which for Westerners is 1000 dinar, the local UBER was less than 400 dinar and very efficient.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and gracious, going out of their way when I needed to get some help. The food in this hotel and rooftop restaurant was exceptional, got to try the local Algerian tea. Rooms were clean and well taken care of.
