Staff was really welcoming & warm. She made sure we were welcomed with chocolates in our rooms. There was a bit of confusion with the rooms where we booked 3, but they were full, so we ended up with 2. By end of the day, they made a plan & allocated an additional room at no cost to make up for the miscommunication. A real plus for our stay...

The breakfast took a bit too long. It is outsourced to my understanding. It is not the best. Bland and limited.

The amazing and accommodating receptionist. 10 out of 10. Overall service of all the staff was friendly and always willing to assist. Accommodation was tops and very clean, brilliant views and distance to the beaches was 2 mins away. 5 minutes drive into town and Meer En See town.

They staff at the restaurant took too long to attend and I wish there were more towels that could accommodate a chubby person

This was our second time staying at The Ridge. Again, it was absolutely stunning and nothing to complain about. The super friendly lady at reception was so helpful, the rooms were spotless and even parking was no issue. Will definitely recommend The Ridge.

Room 20 was is well located, almost everything was perfect

TV Channels are very limited they do not have channel O and MTV Base. The owner needs to invest in smart TVs, so we can log in to our Netflix accounts to watch movies, DSTV screaming and Youtube for music.

Really nice play to stay. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great breakfasts.

I found the location of my room extremely noisy and would prefer not to stay in that room again. My room was not locked and the door not closed properly after the room was cleaned, which was a bit concerning.

The staff made sure they give us their best. Oh, the guesthouse looks exactly like in the pictures and more, not to mention the view, it is amazing. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and the food was good. We had an amazing stay, even the kids didn't want to leave.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Always accommodating to guest needs. Love the location and views. Also love the fact that u get complimentary stuff at the mini tea station with fresh milk unlike other venues that give powder milk. Great value for money. 15 out of 10

Super helpful and friendly reception by Mecayla who went over and above in helping us with courier facilities, directions and general information. We had a lovely room on the corner upstairs with 2 balconies and excellent views

Great Location, close to the beach. On site Restaurant. Awesome view of the sea, from the upper level Rooms.

The Parking area could do with an upgrade, on the perimeter wall & addition of a gate.
