Ariel was quick to greet us w/a Hello & Smile when we arrived. Very efficient, polite, courteous and informative. Dayana has a great housekeeping crew, as its clear they take pride in the rooms under their care. Thank you for clean & maintained rooms (maintenance staff appreciated). The breakfast here is excellent, stocked and offerings kept at appropriate temperatures. I didn't get her name, but she has a system of setup that is quick, efficient as well as keeping track of re-stocking and keeping the area clean. Very well done.

The desk clerk who helped us check in and get comfortable did an excellent job. She was so professional and kind. I wish I could remember her name but we did stay there 11/28, Thanksgiving evening. The HVAC needed some patience but again the desk clerk was on top of it. We enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast! Loved the bacon! Close to what I wanted to see. Had a tub in room and a whirlpool downstairs.

I felt the bathroom could have had better ventilation or a fan. Also, the room had no blackout curtains, but I wanted to get up early anyway.

Location very convenient. Clean and staff was outstanding!

Hard to find originally, as GPS didn’t get us completely there. Air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast staff was surly, although it was tasty.

Comfortable and quiet

We had to open the window and door for several hours to get the air freshener scent out. I told reception about it- not a complaint, but a suggestion for those of us allergic to artificial sweet scents. There was a recycling bin in the room, but not at the breakfast area.

Breakfast is the same as other comparable hotels, but I wish they had fresh oatmeal instead of instant. Fox News channel on every day (at least they could change it daily). No recycling. No competition- there are no other hotels in this area. They charged me more than what Booking.com said would be my total.

The hotel staff were friendly. It's close to shopping, Has decent workout amenities. Breakfast options are average.

More hot breakfast choices. The king bed was a little hard. A suite was not part of the options that include a bigger refrigerator and stove top for cooking.

The pool was gross and not clean or working properly. The breakfast was fairly mediocre if not outright bad

It was a nice stay. It was quiet. The best thing about it was the location. You can pretty much walk to food places and other stores. That's what I did when I went to dinner.

Love the front desk employees, especially the night crew.

The showers are not the most enjoyable, low water flow and stationary showerhead.
