This property has recently been remodeled, so everything is new! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the coffee was great. We have stayed in other hotels in this area, and I believe the Fairfield is better than the others. It was Thanksgiving weekend, so their housekeeping staff had Thanksgiving Day off - however, the hotel told us about this on check in, so we were not surprised by it. If we had needed something, I'm sure we would have been able to get it. There is road construction going on in the area, which makes it a little inconvenient, but I feel it is worth it. Even with the construction, the room was quiet. The room we were in had 12 foot ceilings! It made the room feel bigger. The shower was roomy and towels were plentiful. Loved the soap products - lavender and eucalyptus - nice smell, but not overpowering. We had two bath mats, which was nice for getting out of the shower and for standing at the sink. Tile floors can be cold! :) All in all, a great experience.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and updated with a modern look. The hot breakfast was good! The smart TV was nice. We were able to use our Netflix account.

The shower had low water pressure. The pool area didn’t have working lights to light the room. We swam at night with our 3 year old with only a color changing light within the pool. We were happy that he was able to swim but really it wasn’t too safe. The front desk personnel shared that an electrician had been in to work on the situation. There was no ice in the building due to ice machines being out of ice. Teams were filling coolers and there was not any left for us to use personally.

The sink in the bathroom backed up. And there was a foul smell like a sewer was backing up outside.

The staff was kind and professional, the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of food.

I liked how clean the room was. And the breakfast was convenient (I only wanted coffee).

The AC/Heater unit and thermostat was making clicking sounds all night, couldn’t sleep well.

Margaret is the best service staff ever. She serves from her heart. She always ensured breakfast was the best for everyone!

Good quality, excellent hot coffee. Would have loved more fresh fruit options and maybe boiled or scrambled eggs, toast -- but understand that covid restrictions may be in place.
