very basic, but solid and super affordable! and the staff is just wonderful!! perfect for stays near nayang, when you don't wanna stay in touristic spots. good choice of street food in walking distance and about 1 km from the airport. btw: Do NOT take the taxis at the exit, take a few minutes and walk to departures and take public taxis for less than half the price. Also hero and his staff (and Google translate) will gladly help you with all kinds of bookings ;)

Excellent room (much bigger than described - about 15sqm instead of 5 sqm). Very clean and excellent condition. Great air conditioning and super comfy bed. My best night's sleep in Thailand! Very hospitable owners - so kind and helpful. Walking distance to airport. Good street lighting all the way to the guesthouse. Free tea and coffee. Hosts always invited me to share their food. Very quiet and peaceful area with a nice view across the neighbouring pineapple field to the hills.

There are other guesthouses even closer to the airport but in busier areas.

Unfortunately I can't say much. We just spent the night at this hotel. We landed on the airport at 3 am, checked in, woke up in the morning and went to the pier to take a ferry to another island. But it was nice that they checked us in at night. The room is clean. The staff is extremely friendly. We were offered a taxi at the price lower than app Grab. The hotel is located just 15 minutes by foot from the airport but due to hot weather and havy backpacks we took a taxi for 150 bat

Omg wow this place was amazing, so welcoming and a very warm welcome 🙏. The owners hospitality was outstanding, they are a lovely you got to meet them I had so many awesome nights thank you guys I will back in January with a couple of friends. Lots of love guys thank you for a fantastic time.

Hero and his family is a precious resource in our world. This is not only a place where you can rent a room and have services (like taxi to the airport) but also a really nice environment of kindness and sharing in a not trafficated road but very close to everything. I was in a difficult situation and they helped me and shared spaces even if the place was fully booked. Hero became also a friend, like his father, with which I had warm chats.

Owner was so friendly and kind, we felt very safe here. Room was big and bed was comfy, just what you need for a night stay before an early flight! Owner also gave us a lift to the airport at 5:30am for only 150THB.

Nothing, was great. Location was a little further from the main road than we thought, but a 10min walk and you’re at the main road.

Really friendly staff! We stayed a night before getting a plane, they helped arrange a taxi for 150bahts at 6am and suggested a what to do to make the most of our short stay. They even gave us an umbrella for our walk as there was prognosis for rain later (an it actually did ;) a Simple room, with working aircon and wifi—perfect spot for layover.

Walking distance to the airport (~20 min walk), quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff. Room was all we needed, air conditioner was cold, shower had hot water. Coffee was provided in the morning, as well as a few bananas (may not be all the time). A very enjoyable place to stay after a long day of travel

The bed is a bit dated so it sags in the middle. No problem with my partner and I, we slept great, but some people are picky about their bed

I really enjoyed my stay at Hero Phuket. The room is well-appointed and clean with a mini fridge, AC, and electric kettle. Above all, what really makes this place stand out is the lovely family that runs it. I felt truly welcome and cared for here. Would happily come back! Thank you, Hero! 👍👍

Everything was satisfactory.

convenient stop over for airport (which is walkable if your bags are not too heavy, alternative 150bt taxi). good room with good AC and clean bathroom. comfortable! about 10-15m walk without sidewalk to main road/restaurants

employee really wanted to sell me the 150bt taxi which I didn’t have any money for at the time, he didn’t seem to like that I decided to walk, sorry!
