It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. This hotel definitely needs to be upgraded to 4 star absolutely stunning perfect location 30 seconds from the beach.

All praise for the staff who are cheerful, helpful, and kind – just the way they should be when you're coming on vacation. I would also like to commend the cleanliness and tidiness throughout the entire hotel – well done on that. Breakfast is also excellent. The hotel pays attention to details, and all of that makes you very satisfied with the service. Parking is free and there’s always a spot available.

What I didn’t like were some small details which, fortunately for the hotel, are very easy to improve or fix. For example, there should be a solution for drying towels and swimsuits on the balcony (after all, we’re all here for swimming and going to the beach, right?). The room is missing a proper chair – a small round ottoman just isn’t enough. Parking is free and there’s always a spot available.he bathroom lacks a few hooks or shelves – there’s nowhere to put the things you need after showering.

I’ll start by saying that I would come back here anytime. Our stay was wonderful, with absolutely no problems. Everything was spotless. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away — it’s wide, sandy, and has a gentle entrance into the water. Taverns and shops are also very close by. The area itself is very quiet, with no noise at night. The rooms are small but well maintained. It’s true there isn’t a towel rack, but towels dry easily on the balcony. The windows have metal shutters that can be lowered or lifted effortlessly, which makes it easy to darken the room even in the middle of the day. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We were extremely pleased. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness and the warm way they treat their guests. And best of all, the room was cleaned every single day! Highly recommend — 100%!

The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, both sweet and savory. Everything was well-prepared and constantly refilled, with something for everyone. Definitely a great way to start the day. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Parking is also perfectly arranged on an adjacent lot, secured with a gate.

The bathrooms are nice but lack attention to detail. For example, there are no hooks at all for hanging towels or clothes. The shower area is poorly designed, and water splashes all over the bathroom. The drain was clogged and water was leaking everywhere (I had to clean it myself). There was problems with watter pressure every evening. There's nothing on the terrace for drying clothes or towels.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful all the days we were there. The bed and pillows are very soft. The breakfast is magnificent with something new every day. The hotel is very close to the city centre and beach. The sisterhood hotel spa was a good option for the rainy day.

Sometimes it was quite noisy, as you can hear the neighbors - yes, you can hear the city bell at 7.30 am, but the neighbors woke up earlier. Some of the furniture was a bit old, but functional. The bathroom had only 1 small light source and ventilation there wasn't working. The hotel doesn't have a beach area, but their description says they have - it is not a problem, just general info.

This is the best place to stay in Nea Kallikrateia, the location is in the very center right next to the beach, with an incredible view of the endless sea, the hygiene is at the highest level, the breakfast is probably the best breakfast in Greece with a variety of dishes and drinks for everyone's taste, the pool and seating area are fascinating. The service at the hotel makes the stay even more perfect, they are always smiling, always explaining everything, always making themselves available for anything you need, especially Sofia the girl who I will carry in my heart for the rest of my life, because of her humanity, kindness and dedication to her work and clients. Priceless. Definitely a place to visit and experience.

I liked that this hotel was in a quiet location, far from the bars and restaurants, but at the same time not too far from the beach. Vanya and Krasen spoke Bulgarian and were very accommodating. Vanya recommended local places to visit and Krasen always knew that in the morning i need my espresso :). The parking of the hotel becomes very crowded and sometimes cars from other hotels stop there. I think some system should be implemented that only cars from the hotel has the key to the parking.

The entire stay and experience were wonderful! The hotel is exceptionally clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. We got complementary coffee pods in the room, housekeeping made sure the room was clean and the towels were fresh, and the staff was ultra-helpful for any and every question I had. The pool area was also very nice and quiet as a hangout spot, and the pool was clean. I have to devote a whole paragraph to the breakfast, because it was amazing. Everything was extremely fresh, the selection of sweet and savory options was very large and diverse, and all the food I tried was super tasty. The beach and the main square were less than 200 meters away each (you need to walk slightly uphill to get back to the hotel), meaning a super convenient location for almost everyone. If you're coming by car, there are 2 large parking lots. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great, no noteworthy negative comments to make. The only thing I would suggest to the management is to include a small towel and clothes drying rack on the terrace so you don't have to dry your beach towels and swimsuits on the terrace railings.

We had the best time here. The staff was so nice, they did everything to make us feel great, we loved every second of it. The pool was awesome, the food was delicious, I can not say a bad thing about this hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, all the bars and restaurants are a feet away. We had an early morning flight and they packed us breakfast too🥹Definitely one of the best choices to spend your holiday here.

We got a very nice room with a phenomenal view on the sea. Just that view was worth for its money :) Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic as there was so much variety of foods to choose. There are two big hotel parkings so you will not have any problems with your car. Beach is very close so you will be there in a minute or two.

There was no elevator to the last floor where the room was and room was a bit small. But like I said, view from the room was well worth its money :)
