- Location is great, 1 minute drive from Gavrio port. - The view from the hotel's pool and restaurant/breakfast area is stunning. - Everyone we interacted with from the staff was always respectful and ready to help. - Invest some more money to enjoy a room with a view. - Plenty of parking space.

- Regarding breakfast, the kitchen was trying hard everyday especially when the hotel was fully booked and it was obvious from hand-made halva and jelly offered. Be that as it may, it was a surprise not to have honey some days. It would also help to have a toaster for the bread. - We were skeptical about cleanness and what we've read online, but in general the hotel was clean. Yes, there might be some rooms that had worn out pieces and yes, a renovation would help a lot.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is a huge rambling old place, and sure, maybe it has seen better days, but it is in the most beautiful location on its own point close to Gavrion town. Amazing sea views from pretty well every room and all the common spaces. The hotel wraps around a Huge pool and has the most beautiful little private beach out front. Staff were absolutely brilliant and it had the best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in Greece. Wish we could have stayed longer.

You can’t go wrong with value for money with this place. It’s a bit tired around the edges but we had an excellent breakfast, private beach, nice pool, everywhere was so clean, and they gave us a sea view even though we’d paid for a Mountain View which was kind. Great location. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast options were excellent.

Beautiful views and a nice walk from the port. The receptionist couldn’t do enough for you, she was so sweet and the pool bar guy was super friendly. The pool was never over busy, you could always find free beds to enjoy. The beach out the back is cute but the headland next to it was nice to sit on to watch the sunset skies colours.

The mattress was a bit hard for me but that is down to personal preference.

An amazing value hotel for the price. A peaceful location by the sea lovely swimming pool nice little private rocky beach area. Helpful staff a bus ride to Nice beaches Golds Beach or Batsi Beach which has loads restaurants and nice little bars the busiest place on Andros Island.

It was good value for the money. Staff all very professional and our room very clean. Room 202 great views of pool and sea. Best restaurant in Gavros Port amazing seafood walk down hill turn left at port and last restaurant shrimp spaghetti yum, 😋

The hotel was in an excellent location with spectacular views of the sea and mountains surrounding the island. The staff was especially helpful, friendly and informative. We particularly liked the pool.... it was large and well maintained. The morning breakfast was also fabulous, with a variety of difference choices. The hotel was also an easy walk to the port (7-10 minutes) and some of the restaurants and shops there as well. Recommended to be sure to upgrade to a room with a view... it will be well worth it.

The hotel was excellent, but in Andros, it is best to have a car or motto, since the island is so large, and with hills. There are some neighboring towns that should be seen as well.

It was very nice location and the fact that it has breakfast buffet in the price is very good!

Some of the amenities need to be renovated. Like the pool and the room has to have new handles and stuff like that cause they are old and some of them stuck due to rust. Otherwise it’s very good!

Very nice view from room and breakfast terrace. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Effi. We enjoyed the cats The swimming pool and the beach are were very nice. Plenty of parking Funky Donkey beach at Agios Petros was great!

It would be nice to have help bringing suitcases to the room. The pool would be better if it was open more hours (especially early morning.)

The hotel has an amazing big clean pool and it’s own private beach which is very convenient when you have young children. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff we came across were extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with an extra mattress from the baby cot or to store our belongings on our last day. For the money we paid we were very satisfied with everything and will highly recommend the hotel, the location is great to access lots of perfect beaches within a 10 minute drive.

We were abit disappointed the children’s playground has disappeared. Not sure if it’s being replaced but it would have been nice to have been informed before hand.

Everything was great. Nice room lovely balcony place to hang washed clothes a lovely pool and little beach, breakfast was plentiful every day in fact I am missing it. You can walk to the town about 8 minutes downhill the staff were soo friendly and the ladies who cleaned my room everyday so helpful and did a good job. I will definitely come back to AH. Thanks to all the staff who made my staff so welcome especially the young receptionist I wanted to play tennis but never got the chance I would recommend AH to anyone who understands how a real Greek island holiday should be. I am missing it so much
