I enjoyed the courtyard style facility. Where only the entrance was open to the street. Clean well maintained with good wifi and a great rooftop patio ! The location to the boardwalk was great as it was Just around the corner. Easy access to many restaurants including the German bakery. Not a lot of vehicle traffic as it is only accessible for divers and delivery. Very walkable area. It is also near the end of the boardwalk so it is much quieter. You Can see the water front from the rooftop.

As with most hotels the walls are thin but bring earplugs and it all goes away ! There are no hooks to hang a suit or towel inside the room. There is one outside , I made do but it would have helped. Pretty minor !

- The owners hospitality skills are 5 star level! (Working in a 5 star hotel, so know what I’m talking about) Helpful, interested, very polite and kind. - I got an upgrade, so I enjoyed a little veranda in front of my room - Breakfast one of the best I had in Egypt (See photo) - Hair dryer on reception - Free tea - Cozy and spacious room with comfy mattress - Friendly staff - Very reliable and punctual taxi service with great car - Cute garden to chill and hang out - Extremely close to everything, but still quiet in the night due to the garden - Fridge in the room - 24h restaurant on the other side of the street

The staff were all helpful, kind and sweet. Location was absolutely perfect, very close walking everywhere. The rooftop here is amazing, incredible 360 view of beautiful Dahab! You can chill up there, sunset especially was the best. All spaces at the hotel are very clean, and very nice peaceful vibe. Can’t recommend enough, thank you for a great stay guys 🥰

It is a hidden gem in Dahab, you would not find anything like this anywhere else, as every corner of the house is taken care of by the owner with love with their beautiful aesthetics, I feel like it was a dream staying in Beit Theresa. On top of that, the services including the amazing breakfast feast and different varieties of activities they host for all the guests were a highlight of our trip, I’ll most definitely be coming back, thank you!

The only short fall is the height of the ceiling in our room, however with your loved one by the side, it can actually be a romantic thing rather than bad thing.
