All staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean and wifi was fast which was important since I worked there a week. It had a desk with comfortable chair. Laundry is 2 washers, 2 dryers and they worked great. Good place to stay before or after you had into the park but remember the park is huge and Alpine is still a ways. It's in between Marfa and Marathon so it's real a good spot to stay. Great value for the room.

The heat/AC unit lowest setting didn't work so it was LOUD. Earplugs helped. The ice machine didn't work. Had no other complaints.

The room was warm and cozy on a cold night. Parked car in front of room helping us keep an eye on things. Liked the TV service, plenty of channels to chose from. The gentleman at front desk was kind and helpful to get us in our room quickly.

Not enough room in the shower / toilet area. No cold water dispensing from sink, afraid of scalded with hot water.

Basic unpretentious and clean accommodation. Owners and managers constantly and diligently maintaining and caretaking. The expectations are high, but privacy is respected. Despite location beside a fairly busy highway, rooms are set back far enough that noise is not an issue. On departure at 6 am, an individual was present to accept my returned key card. This is rare and, in my opinion, demonstrate commitment to the property on the part of the manager.

The room was clean and well put together. Our beds were comfortable, and the balance of temperature and bedding worked well. The staff were very helpful when I forgot some medication in the room. They helped me by mailing it back to my home.

The shower drain in room 108 was a bit clogged.

The room was clean, The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hot water in the bathtub came fast and the shower had good pressure. Overall the room was very good for the price.

The room was good but a reading light next to the bed would have been nice. The ceiling lights were good and bright but as say bed side lights would have been nice.

Very clean and well kept! The sign says "best value in town" and it was so true! It was nearly half the price of all the other places we looked

My one and only complaint (and its not even a big deal) is that the soap and conditioner provided was lavender scented and I am allergic to lavender.

Our room was very clean. The motel is VERY affordable! We knew that there was not any breakfast offered but for 1/2 the price of everything else in the town, we have been there and will be back. It is located right beside a convenience store, across from a pizza hut, and close to most things in the town. It was quiet and the heat worked (very well!).

Refurbished room. Wooden floor, no carpet (good!). Furniture not overdimensioned and in good condition. Microvawe and fridge. USB charging sockets. Coffe at the reception. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. Everything was OK.

The boxspring was still in its original plastic bag. It did not look pretty, but I understand that it can be more higienic this way.

A great value and recently updated. Clean and quiet.

Milk and juice was stored in a small refrigerator sitting on the floor. I had a difficult time bending down to retrieve and replace the pitchers. I had to get on my knees. It would be much safer for guests if it was at counter height.

Really friendly and helpful staff and the room was much bigger and cleaner than others where we have paid more.

Polystyrene and plastic crockery & cutlery at breakfast is typical for this type of motel, but is unpleasant to use and creates lots of non-degradable waste.
