Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

Overall staff were great except when I checked out. Entered lobby, and no one was at the front counter, so I waited a few minutes to see if someone would walk out. So I knocked on the employees office door, and someone finally came out. It was a gentleman, and his first comment in an irritated rude voice said, "You don't need to do that," referring to the knock on the door. Overall, that was quite a shock to me. He checked me out and said very few words upon me leaving. I'm sure the knock on the rattling door made the knock sound worse than it was. My suggestion would be that you either have a bell or a door chime when someone enters the lobby for them to hear.

We loved the location! The fact that the beach (Kama 'Ole Beach III) is right across the street from the property, is a strong point). The entire property is very well maintained & well run. We had a lot of privacy but also had room to have a lot of fun!

I am not 100% certain, but it appears that each unit/condo is individually owned (& that the management company facilitates the rentals). That means that the condition of each unit/condo is up to the individual owner. We were there with family (so in total we were in three separate units...different floors, different parts of the building). Some of our units were very updated while others, less so. All were completely clean (no issues with cleanliness)...just flagging that not all units are updated.

Staff was a lil slow n lazy and not willing to help when it comes to direct new guest arrivals for simple directions or sending requested items to the residents.

Maui‘s hotels and condos are really overpriced，no luggage storage service.

The location is excellent and the grounds and facilities are really good for families. The BBQ areas are well set up and easy to use. The apartment was well equipped with all the basics and it also had beach equipment to use. The washing machine and dryer were very handy.

The floors were really dirty, all the kids had black feet. There was only the bare minimum with linen, we only had two beach towels for 5 of us and there was only 4 white bath towels, which got really dirty due to the floors.

Location was awesome, room had all the amenities one would need including a great selection of things for the beach - it was perfect! Chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, even kid sized sunglasses. The grounds were really well kept and nice. Also the noise from others staying on the property was minimal which was a great surprise. Most places you can unfortunately hear all the people around you, but not from our unit. In the unit where we stayed we had everything you’d want from home, enough of it and all well labeled and easy to find. Kamaole III across the street was great! We had fans and AC which were nice options depending on the weather.

Only complaints are very minimal: the unit wasn’t cleaned as well as I’d hoped. Floors needed a little more tending to in general and under surfaces. I know that sounds picky but found gummy bear under the bed, can of coke under the hall table and a bit of dust bunnies. But honestly it was minor and not in any way causing a pause on if I’d return. Also, for the nightly price, I’d hope to have cleaning come through at least once or twice during our week stay. We stayed in June 2022 so while not completely through the pandemic, probably shouldn’t be an issue if we aren’t in the room. All said, we LOVED this place and can hardly wait to book our next trip back. This one will be on repeat!

proper, easy access to beach and road. depending on apartment (all needed for familie)

we asked several times to be on appartement near by and we have been sent everywhere around the properties. the day of checking we did mention the reception that someone will join one day late ( miss the flight) but they sinply cancel the reservation! the asked me to change place because mistake on reservation (someone else was coming)... but nobody have been there after

The location was awesome. Pool view and just accross the street beach. Market close by.

There was an odor that was probably due to apt not getting fresh air but we bought air freshers and it was smelling better when we left.. Refrigerator was freezing the food but it was a quick stay and didn't have too much food in it. Would love to have known what all was in apt such as beach chairs, towels etc instead of having to search the closets but over all it was comfortable. Love the pool and jacuzzi :)

Excellent location for town and beach.

WiFi was non-existent (in any of the 3 units we rented) and cellular required that we walk out to the parking lot to make a call or access internet.

We rented two single bedroom condos. One was very nice new furnishings and decorated beautifully. The second was nice but much older furnishings and was in need of a freshening up. Both were clean. My 9yr old very much enjoyed the pool. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Staff kept to themselves but were friendly and helpful when called upon. I will happily stay again in the future.

One of the condos we rented could use a remodel. The cupboards and furnishings were dated. However it was very clean and had a very comfortable bed!
