Everything, especially the artwork and overall design. But the rooms were awesome, one of the best showers, lotions, cleaning services.

Very high prices, including the restaurant, which serves great food but not justifying the prices.

The hotel is so charming and we had an AAAmazing view. The staff is beyond impressive and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant and bar was very chic, had a cool vibe with great bar hours and delicious breakfast. The shower was like a massage experience—amazing water pressure and shower head with unending hot water. Room service and house keeping were also top notch. Great Soho hotel on a cute cobblestone street!

There weren't really dislikes just perhaps paying attention to the light bleed that still comes in from electronics and gaps in curtains

The only thing I didn't like was the avocado toast. It was really more like old guacamole toast with too much citrus. If it had been fresh unseasoned avocado it would have been perfect.

my card was charged on 3 separate days after telling reception and reservations which card to charge, my charge was charged 3 times and 3 times I had to advise of the incorrection which blocked my card. apart from that the entire stay location and hotel was great.

The place is fabulous. Understated and elegant. The bar is amazing and the food lives up to the hype. Great staff. Thomas, the Concierge is on point and super respectful.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood has gone downhill. Certainly not the fault of the hotel. More of a warning to guests that aren’t paying attention on the streets.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the start as we checked in, storing our luggage while discovering the city, preparing our room before we returned, night service, facilities in the room, airy light design of the roolm, luxureous fabrics, very, very comfortable and handy bathroom, the excellent breakfast (one of the best we experienced while visiting NY) .... just very satisfied :)

upon arrival into the room there was a smell of fresh paint that didnt go away for a few days and it was bothersome.
