I stay here a couple of times a year. The rooms are always clean and nice, especially for the price. I've stayed in places in Miami that are are comparable for 3x the price). Great location. Pretty decent Continental Breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, beverages). There are places to eat and a gas station nearby. I've never encountered any noise outside of what you would have at any hotel. The staff are great!

Everything about the room.

My room was all the way around back because I booked a queen bed. It didn't feel as safe as I would have if I was closer to front of hotel. But I'm sure the area was safe. The entrance off the Main road was not the safest. I turned left from road coming off I-81 and immediately entered hotel entrance up a sharp incline onto the hotel property. Didn't like that entrance arriving or leaving.

When we got to our room to check in at 2am, the door had been left open. It was closed, but had the metal door latch twisted out so the door couldn't be closed and latched. Felt a bit weird to have the door like that in the early hours of the morning. I'm sure it was just an oversight by the staff. Stay was nice, comfortable and the staff was nice.

The location was a perfect stopover for where we were traveling (long-distance) to visit friends in TN. The breakfast was wonderful. The waffles were light, fluffy, and easy to make with the measured batter dispenser and the rotating waffle iron.

The floors were not mopped well. There was a residue in the bathroom resembling feces, although there was no smell. The most difficult part of our stay, however, was an extended power failure. Even though the outage was not the fault of Super 8, they could have offered us a price reduction because of the inconvenience.

Quiet and clean. Had everything I needed. Very nice breakfast choices!

There was an old, musty smell in the room. The bathroom sink was a bit beaten up and the water pressure in the sink was low. The light in the bathroom was mangled, but it and the fan worked fine - mostly esthetics.

This is a really good day extremely clean, good breakfast super friendly staff. I pre-registered and prepaid so when I arrive late at night, I just grabbed the key and the room and everything was ready. I would stay here again also a really good breakfast.

Not a single thing

The room was very nice. The furniture, fridge, and microwave were perfect.

The lighting over the bathroom sink wasn't quite bright enough to do makeup well, so when I went outside and saw my reflection in my rearview mirror, I laughed to see one eye looked bruised compared to the other!

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff at check-in were very and professional. They brought the pack-n-play very quickly that had been requested on the reservation.

There wasn't any hot water in the shower, but had it at the bathroom sink. The breakfast was cold when it should have been warm(gravy for biscuits and gravy). The man at checkout would not give a receipt, said it would come from booking.com and wanted to charge extra for the pack-n-play. He was also very hard to understand, didn't speak English very well.

We loved everything about our stay. Convenient location, breakfast was good and hot. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We need a smoking room. The smoking room we got didn't even smell like a smokers room. VERY pleased with our stay.

Was informed that starting 2024 they would no longer offer smoking rooms. We stay at this location everytime we come to this area and never disappointed.

The breakfast was perfect! , The rooms are always very clean. Any request that I have asked has always been met. We probably stay there 2-3 times a year. Easy on and off of express way.

There wasn’t anything i didn’t like.
