The standout for this hotel was the service. The team couldn't do enough to help and even when there was some misunderstanding about parking availability, they went over and beyond to help make sure our car got a park and was safe. The rooms were a very good size and very clean and modern.

It wasn't clear to me when booking that the parking was subject to availability (there's only 8 car parks which are booked up months in advance) and needed to be booked. However as mentioned above the hotel staff were extremely helpful in finding a solution.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, which added to our comfort. The pool area was beautiful, and we appreciated the relaxing environment. It might be helpful to have a few more parasols for extra shade, but overall it was a lovely space. The shuttle to Lido Sottovento was seamless and convenient, and we also appreciated spending a relaxing 60 minutes in the spa. Overall, we would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

When we arrived the receptionist arranged for our car to be parked for us. Our room was great. Very modern with touch screen controls. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or less from the old town and we enjoyed a swim in the old town each morning. There is a free shuttle to a local beach and we enjoyed a day there. All in all I could not fault this hotel from providing beach towels to sending us WhatsApp message of information that was useful. They went above and beyond especially Ludovica . Thank you !!! Very modern hotel with super staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is very generous with lots of options and fresh coffee rather than machine. The complimentary spa was also a bonus and again the staff in spa were very helpful. The rooftop pool is a pleasant area to chill after a day walking. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle and complimentary water.

Our fridge wasn't working and despite reporting it immediately was not replaced. They did provide ice from bar. Bathroom needs a few shelves or a cupboard to put toilet bag / toiletries. Everything hi tech in room and found using TV a challenge even though very computer literate. An instruction sheet would be useful.

The entire staff -front desk,breakfast servers ,cleaning-were consistently cheerful ,gracious and helpful the entire week I stayed there. Their positive attitude was a real joy.Need a taxi to go to Leece? No problem.Need laundry done? No problem.Would you like another soy latte? No problem. Rooms are modern and a good size. Wifi signal was strong. Hotel has arrangements with a private beach club for free transport (10-minute drive) to/from the beach .Or one can walk 10 -minutes to the public town beach-which has crystal clear water on windless days. Breakfast has healthy options. Fresh watermelon,cantaloupe,persimmons,etc. and nuts,dried fruit,cereals,eggs,pastries,yogurt,etc. Gym was small (weights and one multi-use strength machine) but adequate .Nice rooftop pool.The hotel gave me a wonderful stay in a wonderful town.

Amazing staff that couldn't do enough for us. They made excellent recommendations (e.g. boat trips and beaches) that were very good value for money. The location is perfect to explore the whole area and having parking is really useful when Gallipoli is busy in the summer. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed and the breakfasts were delicious too.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were uniformly charming and helpful. Furnishings are stylish. We went to Lido Sottovento, which was lovely.

Location is a little disappointing - no sea views because of surrounding buildings. Rooms are very organised around technology but we didn’t like not being able to prevent lights coming on in the room if one person got up in the night.

This property was ultra modern , clean and the staff were very polite they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and communicated very well through text to let you know everything that was going on. The spa facility is honestly the best spa I’ve ever been to and the fact that you get it all to your self is an added bonus. The bed room and beds are soooo… comfortable and plush. This hotel is a must stay . I accidentally forgot my stuff in the safe on my way to the airport , the hotel made sure to shuttle my documents and contents in the safe and because of this I did not miss my flight . I want to thank this hotel for the outstanding service .

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property itself apart from the breakfast server barely acknowledging me whenever I was there . The first morning the server who was a lovely young lady was really nice but the last two days the server that was there served everyone that showed up before me and I had to wait for the front desk manager to come and ask me what I wanted to drink .It was a bit irritating but that had nothing to with the hotel itself . I would still go back .

This is a new hotel with contemporary furnishings and lively colors. The rooms are very nice. The location is perfect. Close to the water and walking distance to the old town. Customer service is excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Gioia and Adriana, went above and beyond. They made restaurant reservations, gave us recommendations about sights and other towns in Puglia, and were an absolute joy to deal with. When we checked in Gioia sat us down at the bar to have a cappuccino (deliciously made) while the valet was parking our car in the garage that belongs to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel, and strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay in Monopoli.

I have rarely enjoyed a staff and hotel as much as I did the Biancadonda. It's hard to pick which is more exceptional - the wonderful flair of the sleek modern one-of-a-kind furnishings and rooms, the spectacularly welcoming staff who went ABOVE and BEYOND, or the additional services they offered at no charge - like spa visit for an hour each....the welcome with coffee and snacks was a lovely touch, as was the valet parking ($25 a day, but they did it for you!), you really have to see the furniture, AND the HUGE SPECTACULAR TUB in my room. We paid a surplus of maybe $25 euros for that but BOY WAS IT WORTH IT! The tub has jets of two types and even chromotherapy (colors). The rain shower is also INCREDIBLE. The VIEW from the balcony/pool was wonderful to watch the sunset. Breakfast was delicious - a buffet with many healthy choices from eggs to fruit to yogurt to many treats, the coffee delicious AND we noticed if there was something more you wanted, they would make it for you! The desk people and the wait people in the breakfast were the kindest and most helpful I have found in Italy, they treated you like they wanted to be there and wanted you to be happy. I wish I knew all their names to thank them individually. The hotel was a short stroll from the old town Gallipoli which is adorable sort of like Lecce or Lucca- lots of adorable shopping and twenty million restaurants (but we got recommendations from the hotel for the top 5) This hotel is SUCH a gem, as was Gallipoli in general. It's a little treasure we feel like we unearthed. It is brand new and so it wasn't super full yet, but deserves to be. Please consider this your stop over if you are traveling to Gallipoli, and if you don't think you would make a stop, you'll be surprised how lovely it is!

Everything was perfect. Seriously. We absolutely loved it and couldn't get over how nice it was. We didn't want to leave! I don't think we even paid 300 euros and it was 5 star! Go before they get so busy you won't be able to or they raise their prices!
