Hotel is located in the second row of the beach. There is party at the beach (Pink Iguana Bar) on Fridays and Saturdays. I heard guests with rooms facing the beach complaining about noise during weekend nights. My room was facing the back country. With my windows closed I did not hear anything during weekend nights.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Volcano. The hotel was very cozy, located in the center of Puerto Villamil. We arrived in the morning before the official check in. David welcomed us with a nice fruity drink and our room was ready within 10 minutes. He was very accommodating and helpful. Isabela is a beautiful island, don't miss it on your way to the Galapagos

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSE TO TREE TOP BAR, IT WAS SATURDAY NIGHT AND IT WAS EXTREMENLY NOISY EVEN AFTER MIDNIGHT

Beautiful arrangements in the room (the ocean view was fantastic) superb clean , good room service, nice breakfast. The staff at the reception was very accommodating (arranged early breakfast before 7 am tours) and late check out, advised on best tours). Location is perfect !!!

David the hotel manager is absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble. I left my purse in the hotel and he contacted me to let know I had left it behind and he has organised to get it back to me even though I have left the island! The rooms are also lovely and clean located right by the beach could not recommend enough.

the staff os super friendly!! Great big and very clean room, great location! breakfast is very good. reception helped us with everything we needed !

it was in a great location but most of all the staff were magnificent so helpful in everything from local sites to even sharing the internet hot spot.

maybe the internet could be added to the property I had to travel to the sister hotel to connect?

The room was at beachfront and the views where amazing Hotel service arranged a lot of activites (you have to pay addon), but we enjoy a lot Isabella with those activities Very kind service from hotel

Everything was nice

We were actually upgraded to the sister facility of Casita de la Playa which was amazing! Staff was very helpful and the facility was clean and professional.
