I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sea view room I booked was nothing short of breathtaking! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt welcome and at ease. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to ensure all my needs were met with patience and care. Great hotel with fantastic views from hotel rooms and restaurant. Spacious, modern and very clean room/bathroom with large panoramic window overlooking Disko Bay and its icebergs. Very friendly & helpful staff. Tour booking company (World of Greenland) on-site. Fantastic breakfast buffet. In-house restaurant serves very good lunch & dinner. Complimentary shuttle to airport and hourly service into town.

The property had good views and restaurant.The staff was welcoming and polite especially Codrin, the nicest and most professional guy I have ever met. Alicia-the lovely girl at the bar makes the most amazing coffee, Jake is a great guy too.

A sauna would have been good.

The view of the huge icebergs in Disko Bay from the hotel is magnificent! The airport shuttle was well organised as well as the shuttle into Ilulissat The breakfast was the best I have ever had!

The hotel wifi was poor but it is the same quality throughout Greenland.

We had a corner jr. suite with a fantastic view of the icebergs in the bay. The sun deck outside from the restaurant was wonderful with rocking chairs and magnificent views (just like our room).

Yes we were in Greenland but the food on the menu and buffet could have provided something like chicken or turkey. The shrimp was tasty but most of it not to our liking.

Amazing breakfast included. Excellent breads and coffee. Fresh fruits. Free wi-fi. Free hourly shuttle to/from town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful bay and town views.

Check out time at 10am is definitely too early

this is the best view of Disko Bay, and the best restaurant in Ilulissat, hands down. rooms are immaculate, and the staff is very pleasant. I liked the laundry services and the fact the front was able to provide stamps and shuttle service to and from the airport. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Very scenic location just outside town. Free shuttle to and from town. Nice restaurant and bar within the hotel. Friendly staff.

In the evening if you want to go to town or come back from it either you have to do a short walk along the road or get a taxi - which is absolutely fine, but worth noting.

a little bit pricy compared with similar hotel in the city. also very strict check in time. have to wait exactly until 3pm, 2:45pm won’t work :(
