Great location, closed to many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops (Whole Food on the Broadway). The subway is just few minutes away, which is very convenient when visiting the city. The hotel is very closed to pier 16 (trip to the Liberty Statue) and 17 (delicious restaurants and cafes). The room was spacious enough for 7 days and very clean. The bathroom and especially the shower was very roomy. The 2 beds were comfortable, but the size was a bit tight for two.

The bed could have been a bit bigger (if you travel with kids and would like to book a single room), and you could definitely hear the neighbours if they are noisy.

The breakfast was wonderful! A wide array of fresh and prepared items were available self - serve. Coffee and teas were served by a very pleasant and attentive staff. After our outing in downtown NYC, we returned to get our left bags and the front desk attendant offered us some cool fresh water!

There was an advertised " Happy Hour ". But when we asked about it upon checking in, we were told it wasn't offered, and that we were welcome to go to the bar for regular drinks service. Also, for some reason, only the service elevator was working & there didn't seem to be any notice about the regular elevators being broken.

I liked the location. It’s really easy to get around the city from the Financial District by the subways. It was a nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds.

I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t latch closed, and it was made of glass. I could see my partner through it while he was using the toilet! And I could hear him too, if you know what I mean 😂. Also the AC was not as powerful as I hoped and expected from a $300+ per night hotel room. It’s only April but the room felt muggy even after having the AC set to 60° for hours.

Breakfast was great compared to similar hotels. Location is at south Manhattan but well positioned in terms of metro connections in case you want to focus on Manhattan. Room was ok and the bathroom was modern and clean

In two occasions we felt that the personnel service could have been better. It is not that something went bad but it was obvious that the response was rather typical and not wanting to go the extra mile and help. But maybe it was just a bad day

The view from our room was amazing, and the room itself was incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable beds—an important factor when traveling with kids. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests, which made our stay even more pleasant. We were delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as morning coffee, cookies, and fresh fruits in the hallway. The hotel's quiet location on Wall Street was another highlight, with the Brooklyn Bridge just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had planned for a longer visit.

We were woken up around 5 a.m. by other guests across the hallway, who were ending their evening in a very loud and disruptive manner. Adding a coffee/tea option in the room would be a benefit.

Big room

When I called the guest service to borrow an umbrella for just an hour on a raining day, I was told to get one from the reception. When I got to the reception, I was told the guest service was wrong, there was no umbrella to borrow. I had to buy one from the pharmacy across the street for $ 13.99 plus tax, so around $15 total and we only used it for 2 hours when we went to breakfast. Btw, the breakfast was not very good, not worth to pay for $38 for it at all. That is why I only tried for one breakfast.

Clean, nice hotel. Quiet hallways, comfortable beds and delicious smelling Bee Kind toiletries. Location convenient to Wall Street and tunnels. Quick uber ride to Brooklyn Bridge for photos. Parking is separate from hotel but right next door. Beware the valet garage is $89/night & wont accept an SUV larger than a Chevy Traverse, so forget parking your Tahoe there.

Nothing really. Quite satisfied with our choice, which was completely random. Note, we rented 2 rooms. The Booking.com price was $50 more….reserve directly with the hotel & pay in advance for best rate.

Very well located, easy to get to all the areas we wanted to visit and near to lots of nice places to eat.

The hotel was about what I expected for the price and I think it was good value for money for such a central Manhattan location. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was a nice style, but a little bit tired, hence my 4 rather than 5 stars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, a really good stay.

Breakfast good and the restaurant service normal , but is good .not bad for me is good . The hotel front desk service not that professional, with a rude face , this is only thing make me feel bad .

Front desk people should be nice or normal, because they are a happy face or smile face will make guess have a good day . Right I don’t have a good day with checking in . But Hyatt always is nit bad choices. So I didn’t cancel .

Large enough room Central location in Financial District

Heating/Cooling system did not work properly, had to call engineer a few times to fix it. The room was either too hot or too cold. Windows were not properly insulated, with cold air and traffic noises from busy Wall Street
