The room was neat. I appreciated the cleanliness of the concrete floor and the bed was most comfortable. Personnel was so nice and courteous. The restaurant was also very good for food and service if a bit overpriced. Breakfast was good start to the day.

I would have loved to be able to make coffee/tea in the room. Also wifi is a bit sketchy and not secure.

Great price for a comfortable, clean hotel with plenty of stuff to like. It's in the middle of a real neighborhood, lots of bakeries, kiosks, etc. to visit on the way to the subway in the morning. Good location for the 1 and A trains.

Better coffee would have been better. The buffet was often understocked. For the price (~23/adult + ~14/child), I'd expect a little more care and feeding of the guests. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

A very nice hotel in Manhattan with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a modern interior!

The hotel is located quite far north of Manhattan Island. However, there is a subway station close-by, which allows you to reach the city relatively quickly.

Hotel was cheaper then Manhatten area & i actually enjoyed the whole experience of getting the subway downtown everyday. Outside court yard area was great in the sunshine & evenings. 1st time in America & a real experience walking around Washington heights. Overall the trip was fantastic. Central Park was very impressive & my helicopter ride around Manhatten made it a trip to remember.

Still a little expensive i feel but had a really comfortable stay so guessing it's the location that you pay for being so close to Manhatten.

Although the hotel has all the bells and whistles of most modern hotels, it's in a historically Hispanic neighborhood (Washington Heights), and it manages to blend in culturally in a make or break area for up and coming real estate. Also, I would like to highlight a young man who worked security by the name of Kenneth. I order Uber eats and step out while I smoke a cigarette. When I returned, Kenneth was there and greeted me with a smile in the entryway. I told him I was waiting for my Uber eats meal as I went to sit in the chair near where he was standing. He asked firmly, but not aggressively if i was a guest of the hotel. I replied "yes" and he said, "Enjoy your stay. He was well within his rights to ask me to at least show a guest key, but he chose to watch and engage me without rushing to judgment. That shows great attention to detail and superb training.

Honestly, every step in the hotel from start to finish was amazing. I have no complaints.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, it has coffee at the reception, nicely decorated. The cleaning ladies are doing a very good job, they cleaned daily and tried to keep the room as tidy as possible. They accepted to store our luggage on the day we left, after we checked out, as we had a late flight. And we appreciated that. There is a restaurant close to the reception area, they have also the breakfast option, but we found it a bit overpriced. Close to the subway. Also close to several bakeries and supermarkets.

The area is neither the nicest, nor the safest. We were a family and were always together, but for a smaller group or girls traveling by themselves, a complete no no. Honestly, I was surprised to find such a nice hotel in such a shady neighbourhood. There is also a lack of storage, we had to store our luggage under the beds, which was a bit dusty.

Great little hotel in Washington Heights. The restaurant is fantastic! The room (twin) small but perfect for our little stay. Included a small fridge which was appreciated. Rooms have an industrial vibe which was cool. Being a good bit away from the tourist traps was actually something we came to really appreciate. Staff were lovely. All in all very chill vibe. Great value for money in my eyes. I’ll be back.

Probably its biggest pit fall is the location. Its about 25-30mins into times square on subway. Its also a lil sketchy in parts but honestly we had no issues. We’re from a city ourselves so we weren’t too put off by it, but definitely something to keep in mind. Also, the bathroom. I don’t know when frosted windows as a wall became the norm in the usa but it is not adequate privacy. Particularly in a twin room. Get rid of them!!!!

Property was nice and modern. Staff were friendly

I did not like how the mirror above the sink in the room was positioned. Infact, if you are not careful you can cut your head open when washing your face, if you happen you raise your head abruptly. There is a metal bar just above the sink that is quite dangerous and considering the fact that there is no other sink in the bathroom you have to use that sink to wash your face or brush your teeth. I will suggest moving the mirror up to allow for an un impeded use of the sink and also avoid potential head injuries. I thought that was a bad design job.

We liked the location, in the heart of Washington Heights. Beautiful room with views of downtown and even LaGuardia in the distance. Surrounding neighborhood is predominately Spanish-speaking, but we had no problems communicating w/ English in the local stores. History buffs can check out Fort Washington right up the hill. Two subway lines are within walking distance of the hotel. Approximately a 25-30 minute ride to Times Square/Broadway. Parking is substantially cheaper uptown. We paid $32 a night in a garage right around the corner. Easy on/easy off (well as easy as the traffic makes it)the GW bridge/I-95 north. Great location for those of us coming from the west.

The mini fridge is tiny. Only holds a few cans of soda/bottles of water. There is no microwave in the room, so no reheating your leftovers.

A nice hotel in Washington Heights, which was in a good location for exploring the northern part of Manhattan. Our hotel room was small but comfortable and had a decent view. We also had a small fridge which was useful. We didn't eat at the Jalao restaurant in the hotel but we did enjoy some nice cocktails from the Jalao bar. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel for our final days in New York City.

The air conditioning unit in our room was a bit noisy on our first night but we managed to resolve this for our second night and it did not affect our stay.
