The location was very good. The staff were very cordial and prompt in their services. Bedsheet etc were changed every day. Room was large cosy and comfortable. Would highly recommend it. Special thanks to the staff for their services.

The menu was very selective. They can include more in the menu.

The room size and overall cleanliness was very good. The walk in closet and adjoining bathroom were clean and very spacious. The staff made us feel at home and the food was also good with good taste and sufficient portions. Air-conditioning was adequate and it was about 5 mins auto ride from Sector 18 Noida. My wife and daughter felt safe staying back at the Hotel when I left for work on some days.

The chairs in the room should be replaced with more comfortable ones.

Room was central and clean. Manager very cooperative.

Lift was under maintenance for an hour or two on arrival and the room AC wasn't working well in the Noida heat.

The hotel manager Mr Ravi was very well behaved and quite helpful in everything. The other staff were also very polite. The property was very clean and food was also ok.

Mainly the staff's behaviour was too good

Service was good , but picking up the plates after the meals were little late..at times reminder was needed.
