The room was beautiful, spacious, and was happy until it came to using the bathroom.

The bathroom was unacceptable. Very dirty. Hair in tub, on floor, rim of tub and inside didn't look washed. Very poor housekeeping. Rooms should be checked by supervisor before they are put in as clean due to being a housekeeping supervisor. Biggest besides clean sheets and no bugs is a bathroom. That's the only pet leave. If it wasn't for that, there would be nothing bad at all to say

Our room was very clean and well designed. The halls and the outside look very good I think it was more worth more than two stars.

You cannot cook or smoke in these rooms even with a Crock-Pot. One of the desk workers talkstoo much, takes too much time to explain things. And especially in front of other customers. There's supposed to have a pool but they do not

This is a great location! Right off I-70 and a supermarket with immediate access. Fast food is nearby. Easy access to I-70 as well. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is our third year in a row at this Red Roof Inn! We drive further to get to this hotel.

The refrigerator is old and needs the compressor replaced.

I stay at this hotel twice a year for recurring weekend events in a nearby town. Because my dogs must travel with me, the pet-friendly atmosphere suits me well as does the price. As is true at any budget hotel, amenities are few; however, my needs are met. The staff is always friendly and courteous, coffee is available in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in the room, wi-fi is available, and I have never found issues with cleanliness. And there is a good Mexican restaurant next door!

The hotel is undergoing some renovation, so we were relegated to the second floor, which my arthritic knees detested--no complaints about that, though. I think that housekeeping missed our room on Saturday but that's a minor issue--I empty my own wastebaskets at home!😁

There's $100 deposit after you've already booked the room and paid for the room you still have to give them $100 when you check in they give it back to you the next morning provided you didn't smoke in the room or break anything🤷🏽‍♂️

Great staff! The room was clean, and the bathroom was great! Close to everything and the interstate. I appreciate this place a lot!

There isn't anything that I didn't like, but I like having a mini fridge and microwave. It is possible that there could be some in other room types, but I didn't ask. Traveling with a diabetic is tricky, but we had a cooler. I don't know if they will ever have the pool open again, but that would be amazing. If I need somewhere to stay again though, it will be there.

Clean and fresh. Air conditioning was epic in this hot weather. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, both the night and the morning shift. I really was happy about the exterior lighting at night. I felt that my car was in good view from the front of hotel which was a relief for such bright lights. I am ever so pleased with the entire stay. Thank you Red Roof in Richmond

Got a key to unclean/maybe occupied room 1st. No one was in the room when we unlocked and went in. Manager set us up with fresh clean, empty room. Ironically in 1980, I stopped in a Red Roof and we did walk in to a couple in bed, because we were given key to occupied room! Tho it's been decades, I wonder how many key mistakes have been made, and how many couples have been interrupted?.. can get ugly.

This hotel was good - just what I needed. I needed a place to sleep for the night between driving days. It is not fancy at all, but it is clean, comfortable, and the young lady at the front desk was quite nice. Really could not ask for more for the price.

The thing that stood out like an elephant was the price that my beer cost. lol I paid 28 dollars for the same product that I have been buying for 19 dollars in Ohio for 10 years. I think that Indie is the reason for the saying BYOB.
