The airport transfer was included in the price, and the hotel sent a spacious, clean taxi to pick us up. Stepping through the entrance marked "Jade" from the bustling promenade feels like entering an entirely different world. The peace and refined ambiance of the hotel courtyard are truly surreal. It’s clear that great attention has been given to creating a unique style and atmosphere here that you won’t find anywhere else. The hotel terrace is perfectly situated between paragliders in the sky and the promenade below, providing an excellent view of all the activities. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious, offering food enthusiasts a unique opportunity to try a wide variety of different options. The room was spotlessly clean, which deserves high praise. Each morning, the housekeeping staff tidied the room with great care and were very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, are exceptionally kind and bring a wonderful positive energy to the hotel, making them truly worth every penny spent on our stay.

The hotel is a peaceful place, and although there’s some noise from the nearby Bam-Boo bar, it ends around midnight, so it’s manageable. However, I’d suggest improving the sound insulation of the internal doors, as they tend to slam shut easily and noise from neighboring rooms can sometimes be disruptive. Enhanced door insulation and quieter door mechanisms would add to the overall peace and privacy for guests.

Everything - the staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, polite and fun to engage with. The room was spacious and cleaned every day with clean linen and fluffy beach/pool towels provided each day. The rooftop restaurant was fabulous with amazing views and the best food in the town. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pool area was an oasis of calm and tranquility once you left the busy main strip and so beautifully designed. The background music and live music played in the restaurant was very tasteful. The position of the hotel was excellent for accessing everything with ease. The cleaning staff were so friendly and did an excellent job keeping everywhere immaculate.

The only downside was the loud music that started in the neighbouring bars on the main strip, which went on until the early hours but this did not distract from our enjoyment of this hotel. Foam ear plugs are thoughtfully provided but we managed to drown out the sound by playing a wave/sleep app through our speaker that we took with us. The garden area around the pool is quiet throughout the day, so you can doze in the sunshine and catch up on any lost sleep and if you are out partying until the early hours, the music will not bother you.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2023 and May 2024. We rate the hotel excellent in all respects. The hotel area is an exquisite garden, where it is always quiet and secluded; during the day you can admire the plants, sunbathe or watch paragliders flying in the sky. In the evening, the garden is illuminated; while sitting in an armchair with a glass of wine you can look at the stars and universe. If you want a noisy and crowded life, just step outside the hotel gates, the sea, the shoreline and the vibrant life of Oludeniz are nearby. Excellent breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea. A chic restaurant for lunch and dinner. Cozy rooms. We will come back soon!

The location on the beach was amazing and the hotel was somewhat shielded from the hustle/bustle of the rest of Oludeniz. The property itself was beautiful and the roof top breakfast was top notch. The staff were incredibly polite, professional and accommodating. They were happy to give out recommendations and help book tours. They valet parked the car so we did not have to worry about parking. The property is located next to all the bars and restaurants with loud music in the evenings which ended around 1am. honestly, this did not bother us at all. By the time we finished dinner and walking around town it was quite late already, and we were exhausted so fell asleep right away. Before you know it, it has wrapped up. If you plan to go to bed at 8 or 9pm, this may not be the place for you, though they do offer earplugs.

On this trip in Turkey, we went to Cappadocia, Istanbul and finished here and what a treat!!!! The room was so nice and big and had a pool view (I think all rooms have a pool room though). Breakfast was on the 2nd floor roof top with a view of the water and paragliders coming in for a landing. The main reason we stayed here was because it was right on the beach and what a treat! The main VIP is Ali who checked us in and helped us organize airport drop off and a boat to butterfly island (which ended up being a LOT cheaper than hiring a private boat or doing a tour).

Literally, nothing!

A lot to like here; very generous breakfast, clean and stylish little pool which is quite calming in the day. Very lovely staff from cleaning team to reception to restaurant; the main lady and Mehmet each greets you with such positive vibes in the restaurant everyday. The room was clean with towels changing daily and comfy bed.

Location is both a positive and negative here. The accessibility and closeness to the sea is amazing however it is ridiculously loud at night due to nearby bars. They do warn you about this to be honest and it’s not their fault but it was difficult to sleep.

It was the best hotel I ever stayed in! Very beautiful with attention to every small detail Nice green territory Cozy Very nice personnel, also feels like they are being treated very well by the hotel management. Sometimes you would see cleaning lady's tired and grumpy, but here they were always smiling and positive. Cleaning was also very good 😁 Very good and big breakfast so that you don't feel hungry for a long time and very nice waiters that would always make funny jokes and try to speak our language with us In general good attitude. Sometimes in Turkey you can see people really serving you in a bad sense, but not here. Here you are being treated as a guest. It was very important to me Of course, good location 1 min from the beach, all the restaurants and a bus stop Also appreciated that the owner told us about possible noise from the street before we booked. For us it wasn't a big deal, but nice that they warned us.

The light in the room and bathroom is a bit dark. So it's cozy, but if you're are trying to do makeup, it might be an issue. But that disadvantage is nothing of course comparing to the advantages, just mentioned to be objective:)

We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Residence! It’s like a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Oludeniz Beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious with good AC and the breakfast included every morning was huge and delicious. The hotel contacted us before our stay to advise us that the beach could be noisy at night but it didn’t bother us at all - we didn’t need to use the earplugs they provided in the room. We highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit oludeniz

We can’t really think of anything that could be better - maybe a little more storage in the room for unpacking clothes but that’s it!

Where should I start :) The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, I was sick all the time during our vacation. They tried to help me feel better with everything, sending herbal tea to my room, trying to make me soup. So I should first thank them for their help. 10/10 Food: Such a chef!!! Everything was so delicious!! Breakfast till dinner! If they have a Michelin star later on, I wouldn't be surprised at all! 10/10 Drinks: I am not a cocktail person but oh boy, what was that! The best cocktails I have ever drunk in my all life! Also Michelin star for the bartender! 10/10 Cleaning ladies: I hugged them at the end when we were leaving! I felt like a family really! Such nice people! So thank you Deniz and his staff. This was a dream vacation for sure and we really hope to see you guys next time as well. We will never forget our dream vacation ever! Our second time at Jade didn't disappoint. The pool area is gorgeous as always, and getting a first-floor room was great since we had huge bags this time. Bathroom is beautiful and clean, the bed comfy, the staff gracious and helpful. Location cannot be beat, and the restaurant upstairs has a great view and great food.

As expected, the noise from a nearby bar with a loud DJ persisted till the wee hours. There were earplugs in the room but we were so tired we didn't need them! As with most Turkish hotels, instead of a top sheet and blanket, you get only a blanket made with a towel-like material – scratchy!
