This was an amazing hotel from the cleanliness to the most amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind! The beds were comfortable and clean. We had a 9week old puppy with us and they made sure we in a room that was easy to get outside. I would highly recommend this hotel easily. We will be back. When we are in this area it will be the only hotel we stay!!

Taking the dog out after they watered the grass. They soak those grass areas. Lol.

It had a very Comfortable bed and nice linens with a large room. Water bottles provided which was nice as well. Breakfast was attended by staff that kept it clean and stocked with goodies: hot oatmeal and fixings, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausage, waffle, fresh fruit, etc

We had an issue with initial room but was quickly and graciously moved to another.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very courteous. Room comfortable and breakfast and the kitchen staff were great. Supplies in room were very good also.

Water pressure. Very grateful for running water and hot water. But pressure was not as good as I would have liked it. But again grateful for hot running water

The staff were amazing and including the cleaning crew and the staff that deals with breakfast. Everybody was nice and friendly towards us each time we came in contact with them.

Spotless room. Welcoming lobby. Pleasant staff throughout.

Refrigerator made noise at night. Reported to desk following morning. It didn’t keep us from getting a good nights sleep. Very nice accommodations.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. I had a nice, quiet night and my cats were happy.

One of my cats was able to get under the bed and it was hard to get him out in the morning.

We did not use the breakfast but one was available.

The check-in clerk did not verify my identity when I checked in since the system already checked all the reservations. I could have said I was Ms. Smith, and if there had been a reservation for that person, Ms. Smith would have been out of luck. ID verification must be enforced.

Staff was very friendly and kind. We were in town for a family members funeral. Had one couple at a different hotel that was awful and this Hampton got them booked into a room on an hours notice, so they could be at the same place the rest if the family was staying.

There was no 'bad' about this hotel.

The layout of the room was spacious and well planned. Also the front desk lady was very informative and extremely pleasant .

Water pressure in the shower and hot water not as hot as I would like.

The staff were incredibly friendly and it was very welcoming to our dogs. The lobby was beautiful for the holidays.

The room furnishings were a bit dingy- like the chair and carpet.
