The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.

The location isn't necessarily super close to the historical center, but it's decent nonetheless!

The reception, cleaning and restaurant staff were all very attentive, very helpful and were very warm. The room was very clean, the linens top-notch. The room was fairly big for the price category. The bathroom was spotless. This is a basic hotel that provides you real value for your money. It's not located dead center, but not that so far removed from all the activity either. The parking lot gate opened with your room card key, providing a secure place for our car at night.

The shower area had one of those super "tiny" glass barrier that invariably failed to prevent water from going onto the entire bathroom floor. I slipped twice because the wet bathroom floor, and we had to use all the extra towels to dry the floor off. Can't the hotel just install a wider glass door, or better yet a shower curtain?

The hotel was everything I expected from it, good hotel for my short stay in Görlitz directly at the train station. The personell was always nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good, but not special or fancy but I have seen better breakfasts in 4 star hotels. The room was relatively small but I didn't need more than that for one night.

All was very comfortable, close to the bus station. We enjoyed the old building and the bathroom, also lobby was cosy and the personal was polite, 10/10

I know that the building is old, so the floor was noisy, but it was okay, the carpet saved the situation) Also, for me, the toilet was too high, but it depend on the person hight.

The staff were lovely. The decor in the room and all other areas was also lovely. A modern bathroom. Kettle with tea/coffee in the room. A very good breakfast for a reasonable price. A comfortable bed. Very close to the train station and not too far to walk to the main town area. We really enjoyed our short stay here.

Very good localisation nearby the railway station. I was by bicycle, there is a bicycle shed, big plus! Very pleasant interiors. Simply great breakfast. I was kind of shocked: such a small hotel with such great, fresh, diverse, healthy breakfast. Better than many 5-stars hotels.

The room was nice and facilities modern. Spacious enough. the breakfast was very good the staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was near the station which is what we wanted but we walked all the way to the river easily.

Very good boutique hotel with the private parking space and wonderful breakfasts. About 30 mins walking from the historical center, but situated in a quiet area without any noise. Close to the Zoo and Landskron brewery.

In the US, Best Westerns are kinda trashy. This location was excellent. A solid 3 star hotel. A pleasant surprise.

Couldn't sit in the dining room. They have this excellent comfortable place to sit and it's inaccessible except for breakfast. I thought it rather rude that I was expected to sit outside in the heat instead of inside in this comfortable space. I'd hesitate to return largely because of this.

Staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent at both breakfast and Dinner, it's about a ten minute walk from the railway station.
