The staff was really friendly. We booked only for one night,but decided to stay one more as we liked it. There is air conditionar in each room. Breakfast had all what is needed, rooms are very clean, parking free,but closed with a gate,hotel is in the city center, bus station close to the hotel, so we left the car in the parking and took bus to Verona city center. There is a very nice bistro "Cafe del Mar" with great cocktails close to hotel, Umberto pizzeria with thin dough and fresh taste, everything you need is close to the hotel.

I understood that hotel was reopened after pandemic period,so they are improving each room. The bathrooms are pretty old, but for us was more important to be clean, and it was.

Verona was Fair, Hotel City was Great, Andrei was Exceptional!!! When you have the most memorable stay with such great people. Andrei simply was a star, nothing too much trouble. He speaks so many languages, he is great host and great to chat to at the bar. He was the difference between going to room or staying and having a great night in the hotel bar. Wifi not working

I would like to thank the owner of this hotel for choosing the staff of receptionists, room service and breakfast service providers... The staff is cooperative and kind and serves all guests with an open heart, and I especially thank the employee Daniele for following up on my reservation. I arrived late and he was waiting for me until my arrival. His treatment was very elegant and of a high level of professionalism, which makes you feel safe and comfortable during your stay. I would also like to thank the employee, Nahza, for her friendly and kind treatment, and for fulfilling all requests from the customer. She was keen to gain customer satisfaction. The hotel was clean and beautiful and its location is excellent

Overall great value for money, very good breakfast, clean, well equipped rooms (including safe for documents and a fridge).

Location is quite distanced from Verona city but it can be checked before booking. If you have no car, bus stop is just outside the hotel but buses don't go often and you need to make sure, you understand the bus schedule as it's tricky (especially the return bus from Verona city). Noises from corridor was my main concern (passing guests).

Our stay in Hotel City Verona was great. The hotel is very clean and elegant, the staff is very kind and helpful, also they are available from 7:00 to 23:00 and not hesitant to make us good coffee that time :) This hotel was perfect balance in great quality for lower prize. The breakfast was very good. There´s an elevator for higher floors, the rooms and lounge have air-conditioning, the bed was super comfy… We really enjoyed our stay so we even prolonged it for another night.

It was possible to hear what´s happening in the hallway from our room. Also the location is a bit far from Verona centre, but with the public transport or with taxi it´s not a problem

Location of hotel was great, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, also close to Verona. Staff also nice, closed parking behind the hotel, pets are welcome.

The breakfast room is a strange place in the basement, crowded and a bit worn down, but the breakfast selection was really nice (except for no proper orange juice being available).

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The room was cleaned after one night, even though we said we didn't need to. Has a parking space in the inner yard. The staff is pleasant.

Noisy both from the street and inside. The students who returned to the hotel late were making a lot of noise. Breakfast is not plentiful.

Nice tidy hotel with clean rooms in great location. 100% Dog Friendly! Close to lovely restaurant and ice cream shop! Friendly staff, especially the hotel Manager! 😊

The only think I would add to the hotel room is a kettle and a hanger on the door.
