I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. What really stood out, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

Everything was great, but I didn’t like that the bathroom had no lock.

Nice room, clean, not brand new, but the bathroom is pleasant with a large mirror. Slippers and shaving supplies are provided. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea, as well as a complimentary minibar with water. Breakfast was standard: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bread, vegetables, cereals, juices, coffee, desserts, etc.

There are very few power outlets in the room — we had to unplug lamps, floor lights, and the TV to charge all our devices.

The hotel had nice staff that spoke excellent Italian and English. Staying here is great for anyone passing through. They had comfy beds and a window to open if it was too warm in the room. The biggest downfall was no AC in the rooms. The room was spacious and had a mostly upgraded bathroom. A view of the mountains was outside our window with a bit of the urban/industrial feel of this area of the town. We came in late and left early, so we didn't have time to check out the hotel, but there were many older people eating and having an enjoyable time when we arrived which was very nice and welcoming.

No AC in the rooms is the only downside, but there is a large window to open to get a cool breeze.

It is right next to highway. We had a room on the 6th floor, we weren't disturbed by the noise. We arrived at midnight, the bar was, of course, closed but the receptionist was kind and told us that if we want something from the bar, he can offer us. The breakfast was really ok, the staff was nice. There are a lot of places to park the car for free.

The terrace outside is a mess with cheap tables and chairs made of plastic. The coffee from breakfast is awfull, but I asked the staff to make me a coffee at the bar, which I was ready to pay for it, but they gave it for free. The furniture is very old and it doesn't look good anymore.

Mariana, the manager, demonstrated excellent customer service by not charging for the lack of hot water, showing empathy and understanding towards guests' inconvenience. Her proactive approach in addressing issues reflects her commitment to guest satisfaction and makes her an asset to the hotel. Her actions certainly deserve praise for prioritizing guest experience above all else.

- Number of parking places is limited compared to the size of the hotel, if there is no place in front of the entry the next option to have your parking at the side of the building very close to a night bar - The breakfast was not bad but below the standards expected in a four star hotel

This was a short stop, so out before breakfast. The staff were warm and friendly and they upgraded me without me asking. I was on the sixth floor, which turned the traffic noise into a background hum. Being English and needing tea badly, I was not disappointed that they produced milk in a small jug. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was in very good condition. I left at 04.30 the next morning and the staff were awake and helpful! I will be back.

You would be blind not to see that this Hotel is surrounded by the motorway and other roads, but this is compensated by the price and comfort here. I looked at a similar Hotel further out and it was three times the price, so as long as you understand this, I recommend this Hotel. As I said, on the sixth floor,, the noise was not too intrusive.

Loved that the hotel was spacious and that the check in staff were friendly.

Air con didn’t work. When we asked about it we were told it did work and told to press the same buttons that we’d already tried. - but it clearly didn’t work. It wasn’t that important- I’m sure the hotel would have addressed the issue if we’d insisted.

Small bathtube, Week offer for breakfast. Under IHG umbrella breakfast offer was much varied.

The hotel is next to the highway. There is a gas station in front. The room was clean and warm. There’re shampoo and shower gel provided. We had our cat staying with us and it was ok. The receptionist had a good attitude.

When we arrived at the room was more than hot and there was a very strong smell of aromatisation but it’s not much bad as we just stopped the AC and opened the window for some fresh air.
