I'm really glad I chose this hotel – it was an excellent stay from start to finish! The entire place is very clean, and having free, convenient parking inside the courtyard was a huge plus. I especially want to thank the staff for their kind gesture of upgrading me to a larger room at no extra cost, simply because I was staying for several nights. I hadn’t asked for it, so I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness – thank you once again! A big thank you as well to the wonderful reception team – extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Also, compliments to the housekeeping staff – they do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The location is great too: close to the Porta Vescovo bus station, which makes it easy to get around the city, and within walking distance to both Lidl and Aldi. The room was spacious, clean, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Another bonus is that the hotel is just a few steps away from an excellent restaurant – Pizzikotto – which I highly recommend to everyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back to Verona – and without a doubt, I’ll choose this place again!

The apartment is really big , bright, warm and clean. The bed is large and comfy . There was hot water anytime. The reception is 24/7 and they are really helpful and kind. The location is a bit far from the centre (around 20' ) but there is a bus stop around 5' on foot. There are supermarkets nearby and free parking if you come by car.

The kitchen is not fully equipped. Even though there are cutlery, pots etc there wasn't any soap nor sponge so we can wash the dishes after, there was no baking paper or even oven gloves. It met our expectations but it was still a bit expensive.

The building is divided into 3 zones , zone A with big balconies on the front but they all looked empty We got apartment in zone B with small balcony and no great view. However it was nice , quite spacious apartment . We stayed for 5 nights. Cleaning service and fresh bedding and towels were provided. Very helpful and nice reception staff. Snack and coffee machines in the hall. . TV with few English channels. Good location. About 20 min walking distance to old town. Lidl and Aldi near about 5 min walk. Pizza restaurant near.

Very little kitchen equipment ( cutting board missing) but we still managed to cook dinner 1 time

The 'Residence' is exactly what it claims to be - an apartment, with all the mods and cons needed, repurposed into a hotel with one excellent 👌 receptionist and a younger, bitchier version of a student elf making an extra buck over the holiday season. Its encompassing quality would be 'homeliness'.

The sheer size of this block of flats makes it impossible to offer its users the fading veneer of hotel life, probably envisaged by its rather peckish owners looking to extract maximum bang for their invested buck.

Everything was really good: the location, the size of the apartment, the WiFi and the staff

Something I wished was different was that it seemed like guests already stole things from the apartment. The hair dryer needed to be taken from the reception and there were only 4 forks and 2 knives in the kitchen. This is obviously something which is not the fault of the residence but the fault of former disrespectful guests

We were a big group of 12 people, that were divided to 3 apartments. We liked that there were two toilets and two showers in the big apartment. Specially the one that we were 5 people. It was very easy for us to get ready. The apartmens were very clean. The apartment felt like a normal apartment not like a hotel, and we liked it. I would recommend it to everybody with a big group. Although it was a bit far from the center, there are buses quiet frequently and the walk is only 30 minutes.

There is 24 hour reception which is an advantage. There is enough parking places within the property. There are two bus stops nearby so you can easily acces the center of Verona. There are also night busses. The apartment was comfortable.

The only thing that I personally didn't like was that pillows were too thin. I prefer thicker ones and there was no such in the apartment.

Very-very polite and helpful staff. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment, which was super comfortable. We liked the place a lot. It had everything one might need on a vacation.

It is a bit out of town. It was 45 minutes walk to the Arena on the first night. But next day we found the busses that went to different parts of downtown.

Reception is 24/7 and the staff is very friendly, overall really good customer service. The hotel is also close to the train station (about 10 minutes away) for those who plan on doing day trips using the train.

Felt like the furniture was a little outdated.

It was fair price for the apartment. Also our studio apartment was upgraded as we were with a child. Staff at reception was very helpful. Good restaurant in a walking distance.

Location is not the city center. But has a good connection with bus. It takes around 5-7min to get to the bus station and another 15min to the city center. Also train station Vecovo in a walking distance. Overall location is okay, I am putting this comment just for attention of people who looks for city center.
